The swimming pool is free pool pass for 2 guest use on weekdays (closed for maintenance every Monday), while a small fee of Php 100.00 applies on weekends and public holidays (payable at Admin).

Guests also have access to the basketball court, children’s playground, and an alfresco area for outdoor grilling and dining.

A 24/7 7-Eleven convenience store is located right next to the guest parking area for your essentials.

Your safety is our priority; the property is situated within a gated, exclusive condo complex with 24-hour security and CCTV surveillance for a secure and peaceful stay.

- Use our Smart Lock self-check-in to access the suite at your own pace, even if your flight lands at midnight. An RFID card inside the unit can also be used for easier access when entering and exiting.

- Check in is at 2 PM

- Check-out is at 11 AM, if you wish to extend, we charge a small fee per hour applies. Please message us at least 24 hours in advance so we can check the schedule for you.

- The published rate is for 2 guests only. If your booking for more than 2, please update your headcount, so we can prepare the proper bedding and amenities.

-Valid IDs for all guests must be provided before arrival for condo administration.

- Early/Late Access are subject to availability and may incur a small fee per hour. Please message us at least 24 hours in advance so we can check the schedule for you.

- For long stays (14+ Nights) to maintain comfort and cleanliness, a mandatory weekly housekeeping service (Php500/cleaning) is required every 7th day. This covers a general refresh, linen/towel replacement, and amenity replenishment.

- Utilities and Services
While we serve to provide uninterrupted access to electricity, water and internet, the host is not liable for any temporary outages, as these are beyond our control. We will do our best to communicate and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
