"We booked the Jaa - the Ice room. Everything was good - room was clean, kitchenware and toiletries were of good quality (Marimekko, Rituals) and housekeeping staff were friendly. Location also good - bus stop to the SCV was just 2mins’ walk and lots of food options nearby. This is important if you want to minimise walking in the cold. Our room was facing a construction site but we didn’t hear much noise so no issue. Breakfast spread was fine, although we don’t eat reindeer salami. "

"Great hotel centrally located in Rovaniemi. Rooms are well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. Enjoyed my stay there and will definitely stay there again."

"Room was much nicer then the pictures make them look, was expecting budget travel lodge style from the photos bust actually really well done, good quality and lovely and warm, view was beautiful. I've seen comments about the tunnel, but it's not really that long and saves you going outside in the freezing temps to get to breakfast or the bar. Staff were lovely, friendly and so helpful. Bus stop for Santa village/ park / airport just outside hotel (only real stop in the city for it) so perfectly located, breakfast was good and varied plenty of options for the whole family. If we were to come back we'd absolutely look to stay here again."

"Loved the location of this hotel! Close to everything, shops, food, ice skating rink in city center, and The Angry Birds park (haha) the kids loved going there and sledding down the hill! Also the buffet breakfast was phenomenal. The best I’ve ever had. Such a delicious selection of foods and most of it gluten free! Rovaniemi was such a safe haven for being celiac. Rooms were lovely and nicely cleaned. Shower was on the small side but I didn’t mind. Would recommend!"

"I had a very pleasant stay all around! It was the best budget I could find in Dec, and was very pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff was very warm and welcoming! The location was great in the downtown area and very walkable to many restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again! "
