Updates needed. New towels needed(very old). The room smells of mold. The staff was kind and helpful. It doesn't take much to buy new towels, clean walls, furniture, and remove the smell.

The room is spaced and clean except we spot a small roach crawling around. Stayed on 52nd floor, the view is excellent. The staffs are very polite and provided excellent services. We have free breakfast and there are a lot of food choices. The hotel ambiance is wonderful. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The first room had many cockroaches in the bathroom- we immediately switched rooms and the next room had a much newer bathroom- BUT there was blood all o er the toilet seat and hair left in the shower drain.
