As this was the last night of our Vietnam trip, the kindness and hospitality of the hotel staff truly touched us - especially Hannah, Flora, and Bling. From a smooth check-in to clean and comfortable rooms, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast, which made our stay even more special. Considering the price, it was exceptional value for money. The thoughtful token gift at check-out was a lovely gesture and a perfect way to end our trip on a heartfelt note.

The location on the quaint little side street was amazing. Breakfast was a multi national selection of dishes with lovely attentive service from Trang who would have turned buffet service in waitress service if you’d asked! Thanks Trang. Celena also deserves a mention as she took us under her wing and made sure that all our trips were successful and our (many) questions answered. Ninh Bin and Halong Bay successfully and enjoyably completed with Celena’s help- thanks Celena.

Rooms are compact and Bijou but exceptionally clean and the most comfortable night sleep wonderful staff would definitely go back thank you

Amazing staff, very clean room, loved the rooftop bar. Close to lots of attractions. Very quiet as well.

Room good location good but helpful friendly staff made it better especially Lily who made. the scrumptious breakfasts. Highly recommend this stay in the old quarter
