Absolutely shocking apartment, no fans or air conditioning, no clean towels , even had to go out and buy toilet paper as it wasn’t replaced. Cleaners never made beds , I think all they did was to flick a mop around. Reception only open at odd hours , charged for safe , charged for Wi-Fi which was in and out all the time . Pool nice , but a real bad drain smell near sun beds . Apartment was really tired and grubby , the whole place is in dire need of a refurbishment, paint peeling every where , furniture tired and old , Good location and reasonably quiet area But that’s about all that’s good about it We checked out after 3 days and moved to another hotel .

Good accommodation in Puerto del Carmen Lanzarote
A good place to stay close to the beach, restaurants, cafes and shops. Quiet place for adults no TV which was a good idea to help unwind.

Beautiful apartment
Beautiful apartments which were kept clean and tidy. Some guests did not like that there was no pool bar or piped music but that was one of our favourite things! Staff friendly and helpful. Very good location as near to the main shopping and restaurant road but still quiet. Couple of little supermarkets a couple of minutes from the apartment. Highly recommend it for a quiet break especially as it is adult only.

The accommodation was very good the staff were excellent and very helpful The pool and gardens were well maintained an very clean the apartment was cleaned daily and towels changed regularly The location is very central.

Needs lots of TLC
We're Lanzarote regulars stayed all over PDC mainly in self catering, so have plenty of experience of the value for money we should expect. San Francisco Park is in a great location, really close to the front in between Los Pocillos & Playa Grande just up from Golden Corner. There's no hill to climb but there is a flight of steps that takes you down to reception, we're mid 40's so no problem for us but after a few drinks it can become a challenge. The place could be fantastic but it's clear to see their maintenance programme is as basic as the fittings. From shower head, toilet seats to cutlery & crockery etc. etc. Everything is the cheapest and has been there for years & years. If you wanted to spruce up our particular apartment you have to replace everything. There's also no microwave, TV & hairdryer iron etc needs to be hired. There was urine stains on the ceiling from upstairs directly above my bed where the w/c pan must have leaked or still leaks. There's cracked tiles everywhere, flaking paint all over. The cleaners were great and did their best but "polishing a turd" comes to mind. We'll keep an eye on the place but will not return until we've spotted some major maintenance works being done.

Great value property in good location. Overall condition of studio is very tired and in need of updating but you get what you pay for and if you’re looking for a cheap base for a few days away this could be it. Bonus being adults only so nice and quiet

Very friendly staff, we needed the smoke alarm battery changing and also had a broken chair on the balcony. Both were sorted immediately. Lovely and quiet. Only bad points were reception closes for a few hours in the day and the gate is left open and unlocked at night.

Nice small and quiet complex, very close to shops, bars and the sea. Our first apartment was a studio tucked away in a corner and was very dark and got no sunlight. We moved to a first floor which was much better. Very poor self-catering facilities, just a 2 ring hob which takes ages to heat food. Towels were very thin and one was very ripped. Beds comfy. All extra are charged, sunbed mattresses (take a towel to lieon top as they are very dirty), parasol, hair dryer, iron. It is basic but very cheap, a good base with no frills.

One of the strangest places I’ve ever stayed, can’t make any noise between 11pm & 11am, everyone sits around pool in silence, don’t dare touch a subbed that you didn’t take off the pile or you’ll be told off even if it’s not got a towel on it! Apparently it’s already taken you’ve just got to know this. Was told off for sitting on balcony having a drink, apparently people go back again and again cos it’s so quiet! No they go back cos it’s cheap n can drink own alcohol at the pool, you can hear a pin Drop at night. Towel changed once, bedding not during the week we were there and only saw a cleaner twice where she made the bed And mopped floor with a dirty mop. If your over 60 & want a holiday where no one speaks this place is for you. Was not made to feel welcome at all

Great place to stay, although a little basic.
Apartment was basic but clean and more than suitable for our needs as we tend to use it mainly as a base for sleeping and showering and not as a home from home, it had beds, a toilet, a shower and a kettle, we didn't need or use anything else. Ideally located just 100 metres from the strip and the bus stop for the trips and bus service to explore the island with shops and a bar next door. Only issue we had was one of the beds creaked really badly which affected our sleep and although i mentioned it twice it never got rectified hence why i didn't give 5 star rating, apart from that we had no issues and were very happy with the service we received from the reception staff to the cleaners.

Cheap for a reason
Good location for getting to the promenade and all its bars etc. Large swimming pool but the whole place is in need of a good clean & refurb. Towels that should have been binned years ago, curtains that need a good deep clean, pool needs to be repainted. The extras that they charge for add to the cost so not as cheap as initially thought. Only has twin beds in the rooms, no doubles. No air con, but you can hire a fan for a week. Safe is on the bottom of the wardrobe so have to kneel on the floor to get at it. Noise from locals apartments behind is a nuisance but nothing the hotel can do about that I suppose.

We arrived to the hotel for 3 nights at about 10pm and we were greeted at the main reception by a very English-fluent receptionist who was very polite and helpful. We were shown to our room and quickly got settled in. The room was far from the largest room I've stayed in but it wasn't too small. The decor is a little dated and there isn't much in the way of "mod-cons" but it was immaculately clean. Anywhere we saw around the hotel it seemed to be perfectly clean, not even leaves from plants blowing about! The pool area, again, was lovely and clean and the pool itself is a great size. There are numerous bars and supermarkets within 2 minutes walking distance and the main "strip" is a comfortable <5 minute walk. I paid £40 a night for the room and for that price, it was brilliant. Don't book the hotel expecting the hilton because you will only be disappointing. I would definitely go back to this hotel

Ideal location
During our stay at the San Francisco Park Apartments we found it an ideal location to base our holiday from. It is very close to the beach, shops, restaurants, pubs etc. There are bus stops and taxi ranks close by also which makes it easy for anyone who would like to explore the island at their own pace. We found the staff at reception very friendly and they could give us advice of where to find the best places to visit, eat, drink, shop etc. A taxi was arranged to collect us to take us to the airport on our departure. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have re-booked for August.

Close to main strip
Apartments need a complete makeover. Everything in them including decor is old and tatty. The cleaning consisted of emptying the bins and changing towels twice a week. Had to supply everything for yourself including toilet rolls!!! Had to pay extra for pad for sun lounger,safe parasols and even books in. It all had to be rented on a daily or weekly basis. On a good note they were near the main road and shops and restaurants etc.

Nice and quiet
Nice tucked away apartments, 2 minutes from seafront, and very central in the resort. Comfortable rooms, on 3 floors, we stayed on ground floor at side of the reception office. Nice terrace looking directly on to the pool, but it didn’t get any sun. All other rooms were also surrounding the pool, and all got sun at some point of the day. Rooms were well equipped, and clean. Reception staff all spoke English and were very helpful when needed. Plenty of sun beds, and everyone followed the rules regarding them, ie putting them back when not in use. This apartments didn’t allow children, or inflatables in the pool, so was a very peaceful and relaxing place, most suited to mature couples. A very pleasant place, will book again.

The stay was just what the doctor ordered. We have been Lanzarote over the last 8year and never had a bad stay. The location of the apartment was great. Out of the apartment to the right was small shop and then a bar (the mucky duck). Then just round the corner was a hypo dinio supermarket . From the apartment to the strip is a very slight slope about 400 metres. When you get to the strip there are a few bars and the casino straight in front of you. Next to casino is cafe OLA which we want a few time the food was second to non a d the sunset was picture perfect. The staff in the apartment where very helpful. The WiFi was ok and the sun bed lounger where the best we have used at €5 for the week .there is no aircon so we hired a fan . We felt safe in the apartment where you could go the pool area and leave your door open. We would look to go back it was nice and quiet as adults only . The apartment would probably would not suite stag or hen parties. Reception staff really helpful and we got to see first hand how the staff look after guest who have stayed there before. The maintenance chap was get sunbeds out for guest who did not even ask. We thought this was a nice touch.

We enjoyed our stay here. It is very basic but clean and everything we needed. The location was fantastic and the english receptionist are very happy to help. Extras such as safe, iron or hairdryer were very cheap to rent unlike other places iv stayed. If we visit lanzarote again il be checking this place is available first.

decor dated , no air conditioning, towels changed once in ten days, broadband 5 euros ,kicked out every 2 minutes. Beds hard , Sorry wasn't a pleasant stay at all. The room we where given was out of sight of the main part and couldn't see the pool. Rab Butler.

Quite getaway
Great for a Quite getaway basic but all you need for a week bigger apartments are available. Staff are superb Central location very clean and very quite would recommend and would go back again this was second time anyway
