My sixth stay in Costa Teguisa and was delighted when I arrived and realised this was the hotel I stayed in on my first visit, though under a different name (the hotel, not me!). The others were good, but this is definitely my favourite. Meal times were a treat, with such a wide choice of lovely food. As usual when I'm away, I was all-inclusive and, though I don't normally eat lunch, I just couldn't resist what was on offer here. One thing that particularly struck me was that there were always hot plates in the restaurant as, being fussy about starting eating with a hot plate of food, I am usually disappointed that I'm loading my food onto a stone cold plate. All staff in and around the hotel are cheerful and greet you with an 'ola' as you pass them and it doesn't seem at all like they're programmed to do so. It is quite a walk into the centre of the resort, but you'd know that if you read about the hotel beforehand. That didn't bother me in the slightest as I just love the walk along the 'paseo maritimo' (coastal walk) to the other end of the resort. For those who don't enjoy walking as much as I do, the hotel's free shuttle bus goes every hour to and from the centre. Brilliant place to stay!
