  • Maison de famille en cours de restauration, située sur la commune de Lanvallay, face aux remparts de Dinan et à proximité immédiate de la Rance et de son chemin de halage.
    Seul le Rez de chaussé (sur sous sol) est proposé à la location. Il comprend deux chambres, une cuisine indépendante ouvrant sur une terrasse, une salle à manger avec un coin salon, une salle de bain et des toilettes séparées.
    Les 2 chambres sont équipées de lits doubles en 140
    La cuisine est équipée d’un four électrique avec brûleurs à gaz, d’un lave vaisselle, d’un frigo avec congélateur, d’un micro-ondes, d'un grille-pain, d’une bouilloire électrique, d’une cafetière et d'une Senseo.
    Jardin avec terrasse, balcon et logia, parasol et barbecue.

Excellent in every way!

The house is super and in a great location. Quiet area yet close to Dinan, Rennes and St.Malo with the Emerald Coast and its beaches only a short drive away. The hosts are charming and helpful but not intrusive. The accommodation is spacious and well-kept with everything you could want. you could want! intrusiveaccommodation
