In the picturesque Swiss village of Lantsch/Lenz lies the cosy holiday apartment in the Piz Linard house. The village is less than 5 minutes' drive from the Lenzerheide-Arosa ski area. The ski area comprises around 225 kilometres of pistes and is thus one of Switzerland's largest ski areas. Lenzerheide is also conveniently accessible by ski bus.



In Lantsch/Lenz itself there is a small ski slope, which is ideal for children and ski beginners. Since December 2017, Lantsch/Lenz has also had an official biathlon and cross-country skiing arena with access to up to 56 km of cross-country skiing trails.



In summer too, the region offers countless opportunities for lovely walks, hikes and extensive cycling tours. A visit to Switzerland's oldest city, Chur, is also worthwhile. Discover around 5,000 years of history on a stroll through the car-free old town or enjoy a ride on the Rhaetian Railway. The Albula Railway and the Bernina Railway have been UNESCO World Heritage sites since 2008.



The fully equipped holiday apartment is the ideal place to relax after an active day – whether after a wonderful day's skiing, a hike, a visit to the H2Lai wellness bath in Lenzerheide, a swim in the Heidsee, a ride on the toboggan run in Churwalden, a round of golf or numerous other activities.



The accommodation



From the spacious entrance hall you enter directly into the cosy living room. This features a comfortable seating and dining area as well as a lovely view of the surrounding mountain scenery.



The open-plan kitchen is well equipped and features a refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, oven and dishwasher.



The apartment has two separate double bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed. This means the accommodation can sleep up to 4 people.



The tastefully furnished bathroom is spacious and features a bath, toilet and washbasin.



The balcony and the large terrace are mostly in the sun during the day and invite you to relax and linger.



A separate storage room is available for skis, snowboards, sledges and bicycles. A private parking space with an EV charging station is located in the garage. Additional parking spaces are available in front of the house.
