    For a wonderful holiday, or a weekend getaway with friends or family! ....

    A wonderful house, perfect for a weekend or longer holiday with family or friends—ideal for two couples with children. Set on 1,500 m² of lush, fully fenced-in grounds on the edge of a forest. Close to the beaches of the Arcachon Basin.(Option to park your boat on-site; launching is free at the port of Cassy, 3 km from the house)
    Located 5 minutes from the nearest beaches of the Arcachon Basin and halfway between Arcachon and Cap Ferret.
    The perfect house for relaxation and surrounded by lush greenery!!!

    A little more! Enjoy the ZEN space with its private spa, featuring various jet massages—a moment of pure happiness and well-being!
    House with a large, air-conditioned terrace that can accommodate up to a dozen (+) people, featuring a large window set in a brick wall that offers a direct view of the park and the forest. Large wooden terrace (80 m²) with a relaxing porch and sunbathing area. Fully equipped for daily living (kitchen, dishwasher, dryer, stereo, patio furniture, relaxation... iron) and recreation and relaxation (bicycles, ping pong, board games, chairs, hammocks, darts, pétanque...)
    Nearby markets on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays
    Nearby: Lanton sports field, tree climbing, flying over the basins, Andernos airfield and swimming area.

    Bike path about 300 m away (for the adventurous, you can ride up to the tower). Numerous options for rides along the coast or through the woods. (Domaine de la Réserve Naturelle, just 1 km away). The first beach on Arcachon Bay is 1 km away. Enjoy oysters at the oyster ports, stroll through pedestrian-only streets lined with shops, and experience the nightlife at the Andernos Baths with its pier (5 km).
