Price includes all charges except local tourist tax which is payable directly to the owner. Wooden cot and high chair. WiFi access. Private patio (20m²) and garden (30m²). New for 2016, a comfortable, attractive renovated flat with its own private garden, adjoining the owners’ home in the little village of Lantic, 1km from local shops. Ideally-situated for discovering the Côte de Goëlo, 6km from the charming seaside resort of Binic with its family beaches and marina, 8km from Saint-Quay-Portrieux and 19km from Saint-Brieuc. All charges included for this well-equipped cottage suitable for people with mobility difficulties, not far from the Côte de Goëlo and its charming seaside resort of Binic, a beauty spot of the Côtes d'Armor!
