. All of the staff members were kind and helpful, and sweet to our pups and kiddos. Facility was very clean, and we felt safe and comfortable there. Pool and fitness center were very nice. Loved the coffee, tea and cocoa access all day. Will stay again when we return to the area. "

"Enter the room and smell of mold hits you. Filters on AC/Heater need cleaned!!! My wife washed them out herself. Free breakfast should be more than a waffle. Hotel showing it's age for sure. Bed was comfy. Room was quiet. What staff we saw were okay. They accepted our pup so very happy about that."
