    Welcome to Emerald Square! We didn't think Lansing had enough hip, unique short term rental options, so we've set out to create some!



    The Space:

    - 2 level single family home with loft

    - 3 Full Bathrooms

    - 4 King Bedrooms with 55" Roku TVs

    - The loft has 3 futons and a play area

    - 1 Full kitchen

    - 2 Washers and Dryers

    - High Speed Internet



    Guest Access:

    Guests have access to the entire home.

    The Neighborhood:

    Very centrally located between Lansing and East Lansing. Just minutes from either downtown area.



    Getting Around:

    Other Things to Note:

    We have a very strict no smoking policy inside the home. If you need to smoke, please do so outside. We advertise a no smoking space to guests and want to be able to honor our word. A $200 fee will be charged to any guests that are found to be smoking on site.
