Restaurant area and bar service is a total mess. Poor signage so good luck finding breakfast. I get the place is under construction but you need to let guests know where to go.

Great place for the buisness traveler. Recently remodeled, bright and clean. Would recommend to anybody staying in the Lansing area.

Nice Hotel
This was a very nice hotel, we had a large group that went and there were nice places that we could all sit and hang out. Pool was chilly but the kids still had fun. Rooms were nothing special, size was ok, double beds. Next time we'd make sure to get a room that had queen beds if possible. Overall, very nice hotel.

Nice hotel!
Very pleasant stay. We stayed at this location (Lansing, MI) for the 3 nights and was very pleased with the service, cleanliness, and hotel overall. The rooms were clean. We had access to the pool and workout facility. I would highly recommend this location. It was reasonably priced.

Mother's day disappointment
The main reason we picked this hotel was because it was a 1/2 point between us and our oldest. We booked 3 rooms for 8 people. Our main reason for choosing this hotel was the indoor pool. While we were excited to spend time in the pool, it was short lived by the unsupervised & foul mouthed young teenagers. Our second reason for the stay was the prepaid 2 person breakfast per room. While the buffet breakfast was cold (home fries & french toast, and the butter was frozen) the ordered breakfast was much better. We will never stay at this facility again.

Terrible experience
The police were arresting the guest Accross the hall at 3 am. They were there until 4:15 being loud, questioning people in the hallway. Needless to say I got a horrible nights sleep before a 6am wake up.
