"I could not find entrance key info in app & it was challenging to gather it thru customer care. Home is ok but entrance gate had sharp iron edge, it could hurt kids and surely, this will need injection if anyone gets injure. We had three kids, so had to attentive every time . Apart of them, sunroom connected in backyard was messy. One room has very high bed, uncomfortable to sleep and it was difficult for my pregnant wife/ mother-in-law to rise on bed.
