10/10 Excellent

"The front desk staff person was nice and helpful. We had to request two items due to a last minute change and they were handled quickly and pleasantly. I usually don't enjoy staying at hotels. They seem very cold to me. But I felt comfortable when I walked in. Breakfast was a basic breakfast bar; fruit, yogurt, waffle making station, bagels, muffins, oat meal and cereal. The coffee was hot and they surprisingly had hazelnut creamer, which thrilled me. All in all a good trip and will definitely consider this hotel if back in the area or other Country Inns and Suites. Thank you!"
