"Wonderful location. Super views. Swimming pool. Walks from the house. Beach when the tide is in at bottom of garden. Other great sandy beaches 10 minutes away. Idyllic. The gravel track was a pain in an ordinary saloon car."

L'emplacement du gîte est parfait pour cela, situé non loin de Paimpol et de l'Embarcadère de Bréhat en bus ou en voiture, mais avec un supermarché, deux boulangeries et une pharmacie à proximité dans Ploubazlanec même. Le gîte en lui-même est parfait pour deux personnes, même s'il y a deux couchettes supplémentaires dans la mezzanine dont l'accès se fait par une échelle. Le plus: le jardin...

"nous sommes 7 amis qui avons passés 3 jours à Lezardrieux chez Nicole. Grande maison en centre bourg de deux étages au style breton. Environnement très calme à quelques minutes à pied du petit port de Lezardrieux et 8 km de Paimpol. Très bonne literie, 1 salle de bain WC par étage et un espace douche au rez de chaussée. .Possibilité de cuisiner . Accueil chaleureux. Bon rapport qualité prix. "

"Es war eine wunderschöne Woche. Das Appartement liegt tatsächlich nur einen langen Treppenabgang entfernt vom Strand. Die Anlage ist ein in Renovierung befindlicher Altbau um 1900. Die Renovierung hat sich aber nicht auf uns ausgewirkt.Unser Appartement selbst war bereits fertig und modern eingerichtet. Wir könnten es ohne Einschränkungen nutzen."

"Very clean, functional, well designed modern three storey townhouse on a quiet cul de sac off PG's street of grandest houses, just five minutes walk from the beach or town. The owner's photo's do not do it justice: first floor has wall of glass doors to balcony, with panoramic view of the beach and bay and as a consequence the sitting and dining area are flooded with light. Kitchen is excellently designed and equipped (somebody clearly shares my view of the intrinsic superiority of the drawer...

"The views from the house over the bay are stunning. The close access to Paimpol harbour, 15 minute walk, so convenient, no need to drive. Paimpol is a great location, harbour, good restaurants, friendly staff. A great holiday location and property if you have a dog. The beach is 5 minutes away and lifeguard present for bathing."
