Maison rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Le salon est très agréable et confortable même en étant nombreux. 2 grandes tables permettent de manger dehors ou dedans en fonction du temps. Séjour Lanmodez

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les chambres sont spacieuses et l'emplacement au calme sont idéales. La piscine est un plus pour finir la journée après de belles balades.

Séjour à Lanmodez : Maison agréable, et bien équipée

Très agréable séjour, malgré une semaine faiblement ensoleillée. Mais le lieu; la vue sur la mer et la piscine font de cette demeure est un séjour très agréable. Toutefois, concernant un accueil pour 14 adultes seniors la distribution des chambres n'est pas concevable dans la configuration actuelle, notamment la chambre en mezzanine qui ne peut être accessible qu'à des ado ou enfants et devrait être transformé en 2 lits individuels, et la chambre composée de 4 lits individuels devrait être transformés en une chambre lit double avec un lit individuel et l'ajout d'un placard (car absence de chevets et armoire). Demeure à retenir concernant son équipement, la gentillesse de l'accueil et la propreté des lieux

Merveilleux séjour!

Merveilleux séjour dans cette sublime maison spacieuse très propre avec beaux espaces communs et fonctionnels. Literie de qualité avec toilette et salle de bains dans chaque chambre ou à proximité. Les hôtes sont très disponibles et à l’écoute. Emplacement merveilleux avec belle vue mer et piscine chauffée la cerise sur le gâteau!

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La maison est tout a fait adaptee aux groupes, les equipements, de bonne qualite, sont en nombre suffisant. Les literies sont de très bonne qualite, La piscine, chauffée et sous bulle, a fait le bonheur des petits et des grands. Le grand jardin est un vrai plus, de meme que les grandes tables, intérieures et exterieures, sur lesquzlles nous puubons etre tous ensemble. Enfin, la localisation est très bonne : mer accessible a pied en 1/4 d'heure, paimpol et son festival du chant marin a 20 minutes ! L'accueil et le depart sont tres bien organises, avec une attention a l'arrivee. Christine et Vincent sont des hotes a l'ecoute et réactifs. Nous recommandons sans hesiter.

Super Séjour dans cette très jolie maison!

Supers vacances dans cette très jolie maison, très bien décorée, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer au loin.. le jardin est superbe, en direct des champs de blé.. ressourçant à souhait! Et les enfants ont adoré la piscine! Nous reviendrons!

nous avons passé un sejour de rêve, la maison est grande très bien équipée pour cuisiner, la literie est excellente, le jardin magnifique. c est très calme .le nombre de salle de bains permet que chacun soit à l aise, bref rien à dire sauf peut être pour le linge de toilette (1 serviette par personne c est juste).accueil très chaleureux je recommande vivement cette maison

Une belle semaine de location

Villa impeccable et agréable, correspondant à 100% à la description. Très bon accueil avec le petit cadeau qui fait plaisir.Malgré un temps maussade ( normal fin décembre) nous avons pu nous balader et les destinations ne manquaient pas...Très bonne location pour une famille. Un petit détail: nous avions des passionnés de baby foot, l'éclairage était un peu juste, la porte du garage étant bien sur fermée.

Très confortable maison aux volumes généreux, lumineuse, très bien équipée et située dans un environnement calme avec une belle vue.. La piscine a été appréciée de tous. Proximité du sentier côtier à pied à partir de la maison. Excellente poissonnerie à Pleubian et bonne boulangerie à Larmor.

Beautiful Views

We stayed for a week at the end of August, the property was extremely clean and inviting. The property is a lovely size and easily accommodated 4 adults and 7 children. The pool enclosure is a great addition for the younger ones to stay warm while swimming. We had a couple of issues but these were rectified within 24 hours of contacting the owner. Would stay again

Très bon séjour

Situation au calme tout en étant à proximité de nombreux sites touristiques. La maison est spacieuse, lumineuse et permet la convivialité tout en laissant la possibité de s'isoler. En période de chaleur, l'utilisation de la mezzanine est à éviter car trop chaude. Pour l'essentiel, l'équipement est fonctionnel et assez complet (un grille-pain serait le bienvenu et le mixer serait à remplacer). Malgré un dysfonctionnement de la piscine résolu tardivement, la propriétaire a su réagir positivement à notre requête.

Un magnifique emplacement, du calme et du repos assuré, environnement et vue très agréable vers l'archipel de Bréhat, équipement très complet et fonctionnel, petite piscine neuve à l'abri du vent (avec sa couverture amovible). La maison est vraiment bien équipée pour une grande famille ou plusieurs couples. Excellente communication, réactivité immédiate si petit souci. Sans oublier les cadeaux de bienvenue. Très belle prestation d'ensemble !

Un coin superbe de la Bretagne

Une grande maison sans voisinage direct dans un super coin de la bretagne ! A proximité, le sillon de Talbert, la fabuleuse ile de Bréhat, Tréguier, Perros Guirec, Paimpol, beaucoup de choses à voir et à découvrir. Concernant la location, nous recommandons ! La piscine est un vrai plus et elle est chauffée à la bonne température ! (28°c, il ne faut pas moins pour les enfants...) . La vue mer est vraiment chouette, la déco est sympa et après quelques ajustements ( des panières pour le linge, du rangement pour les chaussures et les manteaux) on sera vraiment proche du parfait ! Et merci pour le petit geste à l'arrivée !

Cette location est de grande qualité : très bien équipée, spacieuse , dans un environnement calme et avec une vue exceptionnelle. Un seul regret,l'absence de chaise longue pour se détendre dans le magnifique jardin
