"Great location in the castle of Carcassonne. Enjoyed the morning and evening when the day tourist are few. Wonderful breakfast and the rooms were very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel!"

"The Dali Hotel is a nice hotel with fun decorations to keep in the theme of Dali. The breakfast buffet was okay - was not excited to have to boil my own eggs and the scrambled ones were not to my taste. The location is a short walk to the medieval city center. "

There were two places within the complex to get a snack, and a lovely restaurant just a few minutes walk away. I thoroughly recommend the hotel, which was clean and quiet, and very well served, with free still or sparking water on tap as well as excellent staff and facilities. "
