On The Lake at South Sauty!

  • This property is on Lake Guntersville. It is a 2016 mobile home that is less than a 1/2 mile away from the boat launch at South Sauty. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a kitchen. The tv in the den area has Dish Network, playstation 2 and wii gaming systems. The TV in the bedroom has a DVD and VHS player and is for movies only. There is no wifi at this time. The deck has great views of the lake. Hunt or fish during the day then come back and enjoy the sun set behind the mountains on Lake Guntersville.

Hubby and I celebrated our 40th anniversary in a calm and peaceful time at Lake Sauty. We were pleased to have the comfort of the cleanliness and relaxing atmosphere of the trailer on the lake. Also, Enjoyed the basket of goodies left on the table and communicating with our host Renae. We do plan another visit to Lake Sauty soon!

Really enjoyed our stay! Very close to a great boat ramp, foggy Mountain Views, hot shower, plenty of room for boat parking, everything you could possibly need is there, clean, had a big buck (deer) in the yard one morning… Not sure if there is Wi-Fi? We didn’t have time to try to figure it out.

Host was very kind, welcoming and accessible for questions. Place was clean, cozy, comfortable with plenty of kitchen utensils, towels, etc. Small decorated Christmas tree was a super nice touch. Loved the view of the lake and the solitude...a nice and much needed break from the rat-race! Thank you! Will very likely come again!

Nice quiet location with super access to the lake. Clean and neat. The snack basket awaiting us was a nice touch. We've marked this in our favorites for a future visit. Lack of wifi wasn't a problem since there is cell reception.

Very Beautiful Area

It was a great place to get away from it all. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the things you need to make a meal. Totally adequate. Loved the surrounding area and the scenic drives. Lake views are beautiful!

Our stay…

Large shoreline property, great for kids to play. Great location for lake access. Everything was very clean. Owners were accessible and helpful in response to our questions. The furnishings were a bit dated but in good order. We might rent again due to the location to friends in the area.
