"Staffs are friendly. I know it is an old building but it is not clean. The room is dusty and there were hair on the towel and a lot more on the carpet, our wet shoes collected a bunch of them after touring the room as soon as we checked in. Breakfast is minimal but helps especially when traveling with kids. It is right on the main street and of course we can’t forget to mention that there is a naval station nearby, expect aerial noise from time to time during the day. Overall, great value and beautiful curb appeal. I only wish for a better housekeeping."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in an ocean front room. The room was clean with a coffee maker, and starting each day with coffee on the private deck watching otters and seals was amazing! Staff was helpful and it was an easy walk to restaurants & businesses downtown."

"This place was clean some staffs were friendly but the lady I check in with wasn’t . I asked her how does the ac or heater works he told me to read the instructions on the wall after I entered the room and the light didn’t turn on , I couldn’t see anything at first so I have to go back to the room and use my phone to read the instruction on the mirror . The guess were loud in lobby so it was hard to sleep in and the noise was loud that my coworkers in the zoom could tell I was in a hotel room . Other than that everything was good. "

"Nice rooms, very clean. Pretty decent breakfast, actually had hot food. Pool was cold, I would have used it more if it was warmer. Very nice and accommodating staff. They only had streaming on the 1st two floors and they moved me into one of those rooms per my request. "

"Delicious breakfast with healthy choice options. Fresh and well prepared. The attendent, James, was exceptional, pouring coffee for customers and actually serving them at their tables and asking if he could get them anything extra. He's very observant, and when the coffee table was crowded, I left to get coffee later. He observed this, and came and poured me coffee personally. I mentioned that this person deserves a raise, and would do well with a promotion. I had dined at The Keg the evening before, and the service was inferior to this Best Western's staff."

"The breakfast was very good. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Everything was clean! I enjoyed the pool, and was glad it was clean. The only thing I didn't like was that the refrigerator didn't have a freezer. But, that wasn't a big deal."
