Bats in the room
Bad experience as a frequent traveller, the first time hotel room with pest inside, it's 3 bats stay with me over 2 hours in the room before they appear ajout midnight.

It is unique for HIG Hotel to feature itself as an islamic hotel and true to its saying provided us to use prayer mat, prayer robe and of course AlQuran.

Thin walls; can hear person in next room coughing as well as room doors opening and closing. Toilet ventilation fan/light extremely noisy.

Suitable for Muslim people especially. It is near the shopping and restaurants. Very convenient. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We can use their computer to check in flight and print our boarding pass for free of charge
