Nice place for the price
Very close to the terminal- about 10 mins by taxi, also there’s a taxi stand right there along with many places to eat and shop.

No good.
I am request for toilet door repair no body attend until my check out time. No fridge for keeping melted item like chocolate and etc. no coffee or tea packet like other same level budget hotel.

Worst place to stay in Langkawi
Up on arrival, the staff mentioned that I have no booking! (Even though I had fully paid online via Expedia). Then they found the booking. Though I asked for a double room, they provided a triple room stating that there's only one room left. In the room only the bed, WiFi and AC was available. No shower gel, no water bottles, no water heater, no tea/coffee. The bathroom door was broken, the walls were covered with stain of I don't know what!. Really uncomfortable stay. Cannot recommend to anyone else.

Nice hotel near to Duty-Free shops
We stayed here for 3 days. The triple room was big enough to accommodate 4-5 adults with basic necessities. The location is great as Duty-Free shops are within walking distance and convenient if shopping is your main agenda. However, I would probably re-think again to stay here in the future. Here's why, the aircond is not maintained properly as it sparked and broke down on the second day. We issued a complaint to the management and they asked us to evacuate the room for 4-5 hours which we could not do due to bad weather and we had no place to go. They also blamed us for not reporting the problem early in the morning as if we knew the air cond is going to break down. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the room could be improved as it was a bit dusty. The size of washroom is bigger than most hotels but the cleanliness could be improved as well and the toilet's door was broken. As for the beds' condition, the blankets were not properly cleaned and maintained as yellow stains were visible all over the blankets. Above all, the staffs were very responsive, nice, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth.

The room was much better than i expected
Only stayed one night on my way to Satun by ferry. All the receptionists were extremely helpful and friendly. Helped to arrange for transport to cable car, recommend places to eat etc. They made my stay relaxing. Downstairs duty free shop belong to same hotel owner. Right across the road diagonally opposite is the taxi stand. In front is a chinese seafood restaurant which is good. Very convenient. Only thing is the shops close early and the area is quiet.

Big and cozy room with great location

Nice hotel in duty free shops and restaurants too.
This hotel is closed to duty free shops and jetty. The price is cheap but the quality is exceed my expectations. Free WiFi is provided. Thumb up!

Average is good for budget trip
I stayed for 2 nights with my friend. Easy access to kuah town - jetty - kilim geo. Only this hotek is at upstairs. Need walk up but the doors n stairs a bit congested/narrow because after open the door and suddenly need to step the stairs. if have a bit lay by to put our trolley bag and have a rest to carry the bag.

Clean hotel. Nice rooms. Some receptionists struggled with English, but most were fine. Very basic, but very good. Only issue is location. Stay on the other side of langkawi. This side (kuah city or something) doesn't have too much going on!

The hotel is very clean , peaceful and veryb important its very safe.In terms of service especially the front desk need to be more helpful and friendly. Its situated in the middle of the town and its very convenience to shop and to find food.Really worth the money!

Im staying this hotel with my family start 25/05/2015 until 27/05/2015. Below is list of the issues. (Superior Room) 1) Bathroom door problem to close or open whenever used it. 2) Shower knob issue is getting loose to open/close. 3) Bugs/ants around a bed. Need to fixed it. 4) TV program is not too clear to view it. Thanks

1.The bed was uncomfortable-the spring of the bed was protruded. 2.The tv only has sound but no picture display. 3.The staff were not available all the time, not really helpful. 4.The door of the shower room was broken. 5.Strategic location-near to restaurants and duty free shops.

3D 2N family vacation
Budget Hotel with full accomondation, clean and change the towel all daily, walking distance to pasar malam, and shopping place for chocolate, cloth and others. 5 minit drive to dataran helang, pekan kuah, nearby airport. Very easy to find the hotel.

Hotel is located in town. Easily accessible to shops and eateries. Room is clean n spacious. Only setback was there were no security at night. Was told that a staff was put to in charge but no where to be seen. However a contact number of his was displayed in case of emergency.
