"All hotels are the same and then there is Hotel Aegidienhof in the beautiful town of Hannoversch Münden. This is not a luxury hotel - this is an experience. "The property was nice, but Travelocity states that they are pet friendly and that is not accurate, I made the mistake of showing up with my dog, without contacting them in advance (something that I have done many times at hotels that advertise as pet friendly and it has never been a problem) and the room I was in was not a dog room. I apologised and offered to pay a cleaning fee, but the gentleman I was speaking with declined. However, the older man behind him, mumbled many rude comments in...

I would have thought it may have been courteous if the hotel would have prompted me as we’ve become so reliant on assumptions that text has been read, that o ended up sleeping outside in the car overnight when the temperature was minus 3."
