offers accommodation for up to 5 guests. The property is on a secure
gated Golf Estate. It has access to an 18-hole golf course, clubhouse,
bar and restaurant, coffee cafe at driving range, Oxigym, swimming
pool, parks with kids play gyms, bicycle pump track as well as walking
and cycling trails. Guests can also enjoy the spa, Volleyball, Netball,
Basketbball and Tennis Courts, as well as a unique Foot Golf experience
which is a combination of golf and football.
The house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One being an
ensuite. General features of the property include internet access, a
lounge area with a flat-screen TV, provided linen and towels, washing
machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. Smoking is prohibited indoors.
Guests have access to secure parking, a garden and patio with a braai
and a double garage.

In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
