150 m² wooden family house with 3 terraces, close to the sea and surf spots!
- Welcome to our warm and bright wooden house, nestled in a little corner of Breton nature just a stone's throw from the ocean. Ideal for families or water sports enthusiasts, it is in the immediate vicinity of surf spots, water activities and the famous coastal tourist route.
With its 4 bedrooms, the house includes a master suite and a children's suite, offering everyone their own space and privacy. The whole is completed by 3 wooden terraces, oriented differently to shelter from the Breton wind at all hours, and a garden with a real mini-house for children (and its two slides!).
🏄 ♂️ 4 bicycles and surfboards are at your disposal during the stay, as long as you feed our two adorable cats, Charli and Léon, who stay on site. They are independent, affectionate, and bring a touch of life to the house.
🌞 The interior, bathed in light, offers a beautiful living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the necessary comfort to enjoy a relaxing stay between land and sea.
A real nature refuge 5 minutes from the beaches, perfect for recharging your batteries, moving, or simply enjoying the iodized air. 🐚
