  • Experience the most relaxing getaway while you enjoy this amazing 4-bedroom gem just 3 minutes from downtown Landrum! The den off kitchen is considered the 4th bedroom. 20 minutes from Tryon International Equestrian Center.
    This brand new home was built in the Fall of 2025 and features 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, one pullout couch and 2 guest cots, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Enjoy the cozy atmosphere and modern amenities like WiFi, LED fireplace and a hot tub in the backyard! Our back patio is the perfect place to take in the backyard while enjoying each others company. Kitchen is well stocked for all of your needs or enjoy a meal and stroll downtown.
    Game room is set up in the garage with a pool table, putt putt game, corn hole boards, darts and a small basketball hoop. We’ve provided a small refrigerator to keep your favorite drinks nearby.
    We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.

Absolutely wonderful place

I would stay here again and again. The house is absolutely beautiful and so so clean. The beds were super comfortable and I truly don’t have a bough words to say how amazing this house was. The town of landrum has a very cute downtown area with shops and restaurants and the house is in a great location close to downtown. We were all very happy with our stay!

Excellent House!

We rented this house when we were in town for a horse show, 15-18 minutes down the road at TIEC. The house was perfect for our small group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The host was awesome, I can’t say enough good things about Abby and her communication prior to and during our stay. We will be back!

Loved the property and would stay again. The online description shows as 4 bedrooms when it is only 3 bedrooms and the couch that was in the 4th room was broken and couldn’t be made in to a bed. There are spots in that 4th room that also need painted.
