Just a very old and outdated place. No hot water. This place is nowhere near a 4 star. Good location and friendly staff but terribly outdated and old. Tiniest elevator I’ve ever been in/ barely big enough for 2. STEER CLEAR!!

This is a very unique property. I can only comment on our room — 914. A massive suite with 1.5 bathrooms and full kitchen. Very well appointed. We counted 15 different framed and numbered art prints. The hotel itself is a mix of hotel rooms and those who live there full or part time. Location is absolutely amazing.
I should say that they accommodated on very short notice when a local hotel (the Fifty Sonesta) denied us our booked room.
Thanks again to all the staff. We hope to see you again soon.
