Welcome to Villa Les Hauts du Lac

Located in Landevieille, in the heart of a charming former farmhouse, Villa Les Hauts du Lac is an exceptional property nestled in a preserved natural environment. This vast house has been designed to offer an extraordinary experience for large families and groups of friends, accommodating up to 15 people. Its main asset lies in its extraordinary volumes and the wealth of its leisure equipment, all just a few steps from the water.

Spacious and convivial living areas

The ground floor is dedicated to conviviality. You will find two beautiful dining rooms ideal for large groups, as well as a perfectly equipped kitchen for preparing generous feasts. For your shared moments, two raclette sets and two fondue sets are at your disposal. A large back kitchen serving as a laundry room completes this space with a washing machine, dryer, as well as an additional fridge and freezer.
The real gem of the house is located upstairs: a huge space entirely dedicated to relaxation. Particularly popular with our guests, it houses a cozy lounge with a wood stove, TV and Nintendo Switch, a library, a play area for the little ones, as well as an authentic games room equipped with a pool table and darts.

Sleeping area

The layout guarantees rest and privacy with 5 generously sized bedrooms:
The Master Suite: A large double bed (180x200 cm), a large dressing room, and a private shower room with toilet.
Three double bedrooms: Each equipped with a King Size bed (180x200 cm). One of them also has a high-quality sofa bed.
The Dormitory (Bedroom 5): The perfect hideout for children and teenagers with 4 bunk beds (8 comfortable sleeping spots of 90x200 cm).
For your comfort, the house also features a bathroom with a bathtub, 4 toilets in total, and an additional shower room housing an authentic wooden sauna.

Outdoors, wellness area and private pond

The garden is a true private holiday club. You will enjoy an outdoor swimming pool, a spa (hot tub), and a pétanque court. A large covered porch allows you to live outside whatever the weather, offering a dining area, a plancha, and traditional games (palets, darts).
The estate also includes private access to an adjoining pond located on the property. This natural space is at your full disposal for peaceful fishing or for navigating the water thanks to the two paddles provided.

The house benefits from an idyllic location. Within walking distance, Lake Jaunay offers numerous activities: pedalo, rowing boats, or hiking. The sandy beaches of Brétignolles-sur-Mer and the excitement of the Vendée coast are only ten minutes away by car.

CONCIERGE FEES AND OPTIONAL SERVICES
Preparation fees are not included in the online booking. Payment is made directly to our concierge service "Les Clefs de l'Océan" after the validation of your stay.

Mandatory Fees (Essential Services):
End-of-stay Cleaning: 250 euros per stay. (The accommodation must still be left in a decent state: clean dishes and emptied bins).
Bed Sheets and Linen Package: 10 euros per person. This package provides hotel-quality linen (beds are made upon arrival) and towels.
Tourist Tax: Variable depending on your booking.

Your Comfort Options (Upon request and subject to availability):
Early check-in: 200 euros.
Late check-out: 200 euros.
Additional cleaning during the stay: 39 euros per hour.

Security Deposit:

A security deposit of 2,000 euros will be requested before your arrival. This is handled via a bank card pre-authorization (the amount is not debited).
