We enjoyed our one-night stay here, as we were in transit across France. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, assisting with my feeble attempts to speak French! The room was adequate, fairly spacious with good storage for luggage. The bathroom was dated but clean. Towels were fluffy and smelled good 👍 The bed was kind of firm but still comfortable. Just 1 pillow per person but comfortable. TV and internet worked fine. Breakfast was good, lovely croissants. We also had dinner in the restaurant. Pasta bolognese was delicious. The fish fillet was also very good, the only problem was it was listed on the menu as being served with haricots vert but it was not. The chocolate eclair was delicious! Overall a good stay and would recommend it. There are no tourist attractions within walking distance, so you need a car to do any exploring.

Didn’t expect to be so close to airforce base planes taking off and landing until very late, restaurant’s menu could do with being in English and other languages as not everyone can understand French

Perfect stop off
Lovely and cool during the extreme weather. Staff helpful and friendly. Location was good. The floor could have done with a deep clean but everything else was fine. Very good value for money and it suited the dog as there are grassy areas for him to walk on.

Excellent stopover hotel
Booked this hotel as a one night stop over on the way to Spain. Convenient and easy to find and situated on the edge of a nice town. Quiet and clean rooms and good parking facilities

Fine for an overnight stay.
For an overnight stay it was fine although being on the ground floor everyone could look in on me. Items from a previous guest were still under the bed (a baseball cap and an empty Durex packet) so some training required for the cleaning staff I feel.

The hotel was out of town on one of those main drags that houses large warehouse shops of all descriptions and which extends from the countryside right up to the centre of town. The French go for these corridors in a big way and if you have ever driven down one and seen a sign for a campanile or other branded hotel, and wondered what it's like and who would stay there then it's clean and frugal and it's me staying there on a one night stop. Wouldn't try the food as it's sure to disappoint but there was a carrfoure etc. A few blocks down and we had a champagne picnic in the room. Room was superior ehixh means it had a motif of the brands colouring and was well lit with modern tele and ample sockets for recharging. Free internet too.

Good stop off point
Stayed as a stopping point traveling back from Spain. It what you'd expect from a Campanile with clean, bright rooms with tea and coffee facilities. It looked as if the rooms had been refurbished fairly recently. Staff are friendly and helpful - I arrived a couple of hours before the advertised check in time but was immediately handed my key and given access to my room. It's a trek into the town itself but looks as if it's worth a visit, there's a supermarket within walking distance if you need any essentials.

the first time we stayed here at this dog friendly hotel we were very impressed with our room, this time less so, our room had a bad odour to it as soon as we opened the door which ment leaving the door open for a while to air the room, not a thing you wish to do on a cold damp febuary evening when all you want to do is fall into bed and sleep.

HOTEL WAS FINE FOR OUR VISIT TO WATCH RUGBY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE, A BIT OUT OF TOWN ABOUT 20 MINS WALK BUT WE KNEW THAT FROM REVIEWS SO NOT A PROBLEM. RESTAURANT COULD HAVE MADE A KILLING ON THURSDAY EVENING HAD THEY BEEN MORE FLEXIBLE AS ABOUT 25 RUGBY GUYS WANTED TO EAT BUT THE 7 OCLOCK OPENING TIME WAS TO LATE FOR OUR MATCH!

Un 2 étoiles qui dépanne.
2 nuits pour profiter après les fêtes. Ce campanile n’est qu’un formule 1 au couleur du campanile. Porte d’entrée a claquer pour la fermer, hauteur sous plafond étouffante, sde ancienne avec une vmc insuffisante, oreillers plats… Intimité digne d’un motel. Connaissant d’autre campanile, celui-ci n’est pas à la hauteur.

Il faut être transparent sur le fait que les photos ne reflètent clairement pas l'état de l'hôtel qui propose pourtant des chambres "Next Generation". L'hôtel est très vieillissant et mal entretenu, ce qui ne mérite pas le standard 3* affiché. Ma porte fermait mal, j'étais obligé de la claquer fort pour qu'elle se verrouille, ce qui a du fortement incommmoder mes voisins de chambre. Quoique eux avaient le même problème... La literie est très moyenne, la climatisation/chauffage très bruyante (efficace cependant). L'insonorisation des chambres est à revoir: L'activité de la base aérienne est une chose difficile à appréhender et on le sait lorsqu'on vient à Mont de Marsan, mais il n'est pas normal d'entendre les discussions et télévisions des chambres voisines. Je suis dans l'ensemble déçu, bien que familier du groupe. Je ne pense pas séjourner de nouveau ici. Je note tout de même la bienveillance et la sympathie de l'équipe, qui malheureusement doit surement faire ce qu'elle peut avec le soutien peut être inexistant du groupe...
