An annex studio (living room / bedroom / bathroom) with independent access is located on the ground floor. the gîte has a gym (bicycle, Nordic walking, rower and weight bench). the courtyard is closed, discretion guaranteed.

Villa chaleureuse

On ressens que cette maison à été transformée par son propriétaire avec le cœur. On se sent très bien dans ce lieu. La vue est magnifique, la maison très bien équipée et les lits confortables. Jacuzzi, sauna, peignoirs à disposition, frigo secondaire, lave-linge et sèche-linge...De plus, le propriétaire est tres accueillant et tres réactif à nos demandes. J'y retournerais avec plaisir.

Nach 6 Jahren waren wir noch einmal im tollen Haus von Annie und Gabriel. Die Lage und die Sicht sind so traumhaft wie immer, durch die verschiedenen Ebenen und Terrassen kann man überall einen genialen Blick genießen. Die Ausstattung ist gut, Annie und Gabriel sind sehr nett und kümmern sich um alles. Vielen Dank!

Bright clean property located just above the marina in Aber Wrac'h. Correspondence with owners, mainly if French was fine. Owners came to greet us at start and on check out. Overall a pleasant stay with family

Vakantie Bretagne- Landeda

Hebben genoten van het mooie Bretagne met z´n prachtige natuur, vriendelijke mensen en de veel gezellige stranden. Vakantiehuis was ideaal voor ons gezin. ( 11 personen). Gelegen aan de Aber Wrac´k met z´n haventje en gezellige restaurantjes. Wie van oesters houdt kan ze proeven rechtstreeks van de kweker. De moeite waard om deze streek te verkennen.

Une petite réserve sur l'accès de la chambre du deuxième étage. Sinon, magnifique maison spacieuse et très agréable. Un accueil très sympathique. Le temps n'était pas de la partie, donc on reviendra pour mieux profiter de la région.

Gekonnt renoviertes Haus in wunderbarer Lage

Unsere Gruppe hat den Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt, Gabriel war immer für uns da und war auch sehr geduldig mit meinem Französisch. Das Originalhaus hat er selbst gekonnt erweitert und modernisiert, es ist hell und luftig und gut eingerichtet. Die Terrassen und der Wintergarten garantieren einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Hafen und das Meer. Man wird nicht müde, das Licht- und Wolkenspiel zu genießen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgerüstet, hier konnten wir auch gut für viele Personen kochen. Die Baustelle nebenan war an einigen Tagen recht nervig, aber die lauten Arbeiten sollten bald vorbei sein. Einzig die vielen Mücken haben gestört, man sollte sich entsprechend mit Mückenschutz ausrüsten. Und vielleicht ergibt sich irgendwann die Möglichkeit, den Innenhof noch ein wenig herzurichten. Wir sagen nochmal Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Schöne Urlaubswoche mit Einschränkungen bei der Unterkunft.

Das Haus ist architektonisch interessant. Leider war die Einrichtung schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer war schon sehr abgenutzt. Geschirr und Besteck war nicht sehr hochwertig und vieles nur noch in Teilbeständen vorhanden. Der in der Beschreibung vermittelte Eindruck, es gäbe wenigstens 3 gleichwertige Schlafräume und dazu gehörige Bäder traf so leider auch nicht zu, da eines dieser Zimmer in einem gesonderten Studio untergebracht war. Um dahin zu kommen, musste man das Haus über eine Außentreppe verlassen. Darüber hinaus war es ein recht dunkles Loch. Am schlimmsten war es aber mit der Sauberkeit der Räume. Überall noch Staub und Spinnweben. Weiterhin gab es in einem der Bäder Probleme mit der Dusche. Der Handbrauseschlauch war abgeknickt, der Duschkopf kippte immer wieder nach unten und das Wasser lief schlecht ab. Der Hausherr war zwar schnell zur Stelle, konnte aber nur den Schlauch ersetzen. Die anderen Probleme blieben. Der Innenhof war total ungepflegt - überall Unkraut. Der Grill war total verrostet - unbrauchbar. Positiv muss man allerdings die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf den Hafen bewerten. Das war wirklich sehr schön, insbesondere bei den Sonnenuntergängen am Abend.

Urlaub in Landeda

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Und hat nichts gefehlt, wir hatten einen tollen Blick auf den Hafen und konnten uns gut entspannen. Das Haus hat leider ein kleines Feuchtigkeitsproblem. Aber durch regelmäßiges lüften, hatten wir es gut im Griff. Alles in allem ein super Objekt.

Promenade dans les Abers

Nous avons randonné sur le GR34 et tous les soirs nous sommes rentrés dans cette belle demeure. Nous avons bien profité des terrasses, du Jacuzzi et du sauna. Nous recommandons cette belle location.
