"Establishment was clean and functional. It has a laundry room, guest kitchen, breakfast, bar, and lockers. Rooms were very clean, little lock baskets under the bed, key card entry door, bathroom is private with shower and a bidet. There’s security on sight and honestly felt safe. With that being said. Lockers wasn’t working, breakfast isn’t included in the booking. But an additional 11 euros per day. Laundry had one dryer and 3 washers functional. Vending machines was out of order. A lot of their amenities seemed to be out of order. My biggest issues with the establishment is the lack of accountability from the staff. As helpful as they were their go to response always seemed to be “we don’t own that so we cannot do anything about it.” As a solo traveler it would be nice to have a stable WiFi connections in the room, but WiFi seems to focus on just the lobby area. This could be that my room was on the 9th floor, but it would’ve been nice to have a separate WiFi dedicated to tenants and not just the lobby guest."
