Enjoy your stay in the city of Lancaster in our historic townhome which was built in 1910 and completely renovated in 2017. In a diverse neighborhood, there are great foodie options to explore! 8 min walk to Lancaster Brewing Co., 10 min drive to Amish country, 3 min drive to Central Market.
Bedroom #1: Queen bed, twin size futon.
Bedroom #2: Queen size bed.
Living room: Couch and chaise lounger.

Pros: Artistic accents, Rite Aide and supermarket are a 3 minute walk, great TV and wifi.

Cons: On-street parking, with street cleaning on Mondays and Tuesdays. Bedrooms, bathroom, and office are all on the second floor. Might not be suitable for small children or those who have difficulty with stairs.

Christina is an excellent and very responsive host. We love her property - it is in a perfect location for business meetings and conventions in Lancaster, and the house has everything we need to be comfortable and productive while on a trip. We have stayed there multiple times and always check to see if it is available when we know we will be in Lancaster for a few days.

Lancaster visit for conference

We love staying at this property! Whenever we visit the Lancaster area for work we choose to book this house as our home base. It is within convenient walking distance to the Convention Center and lots of great restaurants, but also has all you need to prepare meals at home and participate in virtual business meetings. Christina is always responsive to any questions we have during out stay. It's a perfect home away from home.

Very comfortable house, clean has all you need ! short drive to everything , don’t want to drive Uber's everywhere ,pick ups in 2 min. Great restaurants, theater and lancaster tours , arcades close by too.

Lancaster Conference

This is our third time staying at this wonderful property in Lancaster for a yearly conference. The space is perfect for us - very clean and comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen that allows us to cook the majority of our meals during our visit. The location is only about 1.5 miles from the Lancaster Convention Center - great for walking when the weather is nice. Christina is very responsive to any questions. We will definitely book here again whenever we are in the area.

Artists vibe

Our family went to Lancaster City to experience first Friday for our daughters first gallery showing. This cozy, artsy row home set the stage for our art weekend. Not only were we walking distance to downtown but we werealso close to our favorite restaurant Lancaster Brew company. Thanks again it was perfect and very clean

A Great Place to See Lancaster

My daughter enjoyed staying in this lovely townhouse, which puts you close to everything in Lancaster. There is plenty of street parking available, the rooms are quite comfortable, and Christina is very responsive to messages.

This is in the listingEveryday essentials• Parking• Washing machine and dryer• WiFi: 250 Mbps (good for 3-5 people or up to 10 devices)There is no onsite parking. You need to find on street parking and there are stipulation for street cleaning. We cut our days short to get back in hopes we could find parking in front of property. The con section states this but based on the above I thought there was onsite parking. The property was very clean, quiet, homey and had everything we needed

Amazing Gem in Lancaster

What a beautiful property. The design details are so fun. The host was very accommodating and even dropped off toys for the kids to keep them occupied. The outdoor space is so fun - wish it was a bit warmer for us to enjoy. We will definitely be back!

Very nice, well designed Lancaster home

Christina is absolutely great! She is very responsive and tries to accommodate and needs you may have. The home is clean, welcoming and really cool from a design perspective. The art is wonderful and the home was perfect for our over night stay in Lancaster. I highly recommend this property.

Comfortable, Cozy and everything you need for a stay in Lancaster

This is our second time staying at this property. We were in town for a conference and were able to easily walk to the convention center (about a 30 minute walk). The house is comfortable, clean, and has a great kitchen. Christina is very responsive and checks in to see if we need anything. We had everything we needed for a great visit. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Lancaster.

Excellent property in Lancaster

We had a fabulous stay at this property in Lancaster. We were in the area for a conference, and the house was in excellent condition in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to the Lancaster Convention Center (less than 1.5 mile walk) and lots of delicious places to eat. The house was clean, uncluttered, and had everything we needed for our stay - including a fully stocked kitchen which had everything we required to make meals at the house. We loved the relaxed atmosphere of the space - very comfortable, open and bright. We will definitely book here again if it is available when we return to Lancaster for other business meetings. Christina was responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. We give it our highest recommendation.
