Recently reopened hotel. They are trying. Advertised with breakfast and pool, but no breakfast and the pool looks like it might get together next year. Some beds are floppy, but the room was clean and it was safe. Overall, Ok for the price.

I was not informed of the ownership change or renovations being made. I booked a hotel with a restaurant. The restaurant was closed. There was no food for the continental breakfast. The shower curtain was torn.The weather stripping around the bottom of the door was pulled away. I looked at other doors and they had the same issue. I never did find the ice machine.

It wasnt very good. Lights didnt work. Didnt have enough room for kids. Felt unsafe. Didnt have barley any outlets. The tv didnt work. It was overall a bad stay. Said the pool was open but went to go look for it and it was outside locked and green.

Very bad experience never ever recommend anybody to stay at this hotel. I trust Expedia before but not anymore everything is Fake on hotels website and Expedia website I complaint Expedia customer service they took my complaint and they said they will take action and somebody will call me back within 48 hours but I never get any phone call back

We apologize as this happened all right before your stay and worked as hard as could to keep everything up and running. We are now closed for the season to make these repairs and look forward to the future once they are done.

HORRIBLE! CRACK HOTEL! Office is out of a room around back of building. People selling and doing drugs all around the building and in the rooms. Room was still dirty when I checked in at 2:30pm. One nasty pillow. No housekeeping in 3 nights.

I have had NO theft, arrest, or violence at this property. If there is guest seen doing unlawful things we would have them removed immediately. In the future I suggest you help society and call the police to report any crimes you are witnessing.

I am sorry to see this happened during your stay, We do use a reputable pest control company that comes every month to spray. Every room is hit every 90 day which is the coverage of the chemicals. Exterior property makes it twice as hard as well. Pest are carried in as well in luggage, pets, and people. The pest control company will respond to any calls immediately and make sure to get rid of any unwanted pest. Again this is unfortunate but we do everything we can to prevent these type of situations.

Once we saw the room we left. Place was under construction, construction debris all over the place. Room was filthy soiled sheets, just plain disgusting. Office was ran out of a room. Place just didn’t look safe either.

Building was damaged. there was no trashcan in the room. None of the linens were changed over a two day period. There was no breakfast as the write-up stated. Refrigerator was not plugged in when we got there and when plugged in, it never got cold. Totally disappointing stay.

This motel was pretty shady. Pictures were deceiving. The check-in office was one of the motel rooms behind a bigger building. The parking lot was pretty dark. The building is not in good condition. I can see an attempt at cleanliness but there are many stains on the carpet. There were also stains on pillow cases.

Room was in bad shape, felt like bugs were gonna crawl on you just walking in. Room smelled moldy, bathtub was stained, and front door was missing security latch. Front desk area wasnt so good either. Was leaking and also smelled bad. Person at desk was ok, but when i said i had a reservation online, she asked for id and card, and ended up charging me on top of my online price. Ended up cancelling, but couldnt get a refund on site, because manager is only one who can process it and he wasnt there. While talking to desk person, she had a few calls which sounded like others asking about a refund from days ago, and her asking them to keep calling to get in touch with the manager.

Our room was filthy. There was no toilet paper at all. They advertise for “free breakfast” but they neglect to inform their guests that it is not currently offered due to covid. The pool was dirty also. Other guests were very loud and inconsiderate at all hours of the night as well. This hotel was such a disappointment all around, and I will never stay in another one associated with the name.

This place is disgusting! Filth! Wifi didn't work. A/C didn't work right. Room wreaked of weed. Outside was filthy and cement steps were cracked up. Bugs. Please don't go there! We left as soon as we could find another motel room. The pictures of this place must've been taken when it was new. Gross!

If you don't mind black mold in the shower, a TV that doesn't work and a stobe light lamp, the room was ok. However, the outside of the building looks like it's in the process of being demolished. The parking lot looks like they tested land mines and the pool has a pleasant green tint.

Pictures were NOT accurate. Room smelled and was dirty! I had to go to a local Walmart and spent $150 for bed sheets and cleaning supplies. If it wasn’t so late at our arrival, I wouldn’t have even stayed one night! Absolutely disgusting!! After first night, I asked for a refund, the employee at the desk was very kind. 5 days later, I was still charged. Waiting for the manager to address. Do not recommend staying here.

The shower was disgusting and i was left with no towls and i had asked for some as well and never received. All hotels are required to have an ice chest which they said it was broke and wasnt not even mentioned at check in i was told by sowmone who was off duty but worked there. It was horrible!!

Worse place ever
This hotel was nothing like it was described. The pictures they post have to be photoshopped. The pool was so gross there was no way anyone could swim in it. There was so much algae or something in the pool that made the water a really dark green. The patio around the pool had so many cracks and holes it had to be a safety hazard. The door to our room didn’t work right. You had to insert the key at least 3 times and then smash into the door just to get it open. There was mold in the bathroom. You had to wear shoes the whole time cause the carpet felt sticky on you feet. There were wires pulled out of the walls. Only one of the 3 lights in the room worked. The employees were rude, one even yelled at my husband about where he parked when we were checking out but there were no signs posted as to where to park. Apparently they were painting lines but as stated before no signs posted. We just wanted to take our daughter for a fun end of summer trip to swim and shop. She ended up crying. It’s just so sad we felt duped after choosing this hotel based on the pictures they posted. We also paid $150 and I don’t consider that cheep. We were looking for a middle of the line kind of place but this was a dump. I could understand if it was like a $70 hotel. I would say you get what you paid for but this place was more so I expected more. We would never be back and are telling everyone we know how gross this place was.

Disgusting Place!!! Do not stay here!!!!! Worst stay EVER! The money I paid for was too much for this place, $173.00 for a room I reviewed 4 star hotels with an indoor pool that were better located for tourism and found that it cost even less money than I paid in this horrible place. When I booked this place, the pictures looked great, the pool was the main reason I booked it, I had three kids with me who couldn't wait to get into the pool, but when we got there the pool was closed, This place needs to be shut down!!!!!!! I wish I could give the rating a ZERO.....it's that horrible!

The worst hotel experience I have ever had. Filthy inside and out. Green pool. No breakfast as advertised. Room reeked of smoke although there are no smoking signs everywhere and it is supposedly a smoke free hotel. Very loud even at 3:00 am. We only stayed the night because it was 12:30 am by the time we arrived and we needed a place to stop and sleep. We left immediately the next morning cancelling our second day. The people working at the hotel were extremely nice and understanding.
