Room was in bad shape, felt like bugs were gonna crawl on you just walking in. Room smelled moldy, bathtub was stained, and front door was missing security latch. Front desk area wasnt so good either. Was leaking and also smelled bad. Person at desk was ok, but when i said i had a reservation online, she asked for id and card, and ended up charging me on top of my online price. Ended up cancelling, but couldnt get a refund on site, because manager is only one who can process it and he wasnt there. While talking to desk person, she had a few calls which sounded like others asking about a refund from days ago, and her asking them to keep calling to get in touch with the manager.
