With 3 bedrooms, a full (& stocked) kitchen, & plenty of space for relaxing, this is an ideal home for a romantic getaway or a longer stay for your family and friends. It's incredibly walkable (5-10 mins) to all things Lanc, including the King St Square, Central Market, the brand new Southern Market, Convention Center, & many amazing restaurants. Really experience the joy of Lancaster city living here!

Fantastic downtown get away

A great little spot in Lancaster for a quick getaway. check in was smooth, the place was super clean, and the neighbor was friendly. Would be great for a romantic escape or a headquarters for a longer stay in town.

Lovely stay

Stayed here with four friends, a baby, and two dogs. Everything was great. Very clean, plenty of space, good amenities -- especially the backyard. Location is great too -- lots of great places within a short walk. Would absolutely stay here again

Perfect location and lived up to its billing!

We had a wonderful long weekend in Lancaster. The house was perfect - beautifully decorated, well stocked w all the essentials, great back yard fire pit w chairs, clean and updated throughout.The hosts made it simple and easy to check in and check out. Would highly recommend. Walkable to everywhere!

The house was cozy and clean. It is an old house, so the floors are VERY squeaky, which was mentioned in the listing but I didn't expect it to be that loud. The area is very noisy as well. Other than that, it was very convenient for us, we had a conference at the convention centre and this was a short walk. The hosts are very quick to respond to text messages. And parking was very convenient. We parked on the same street a couple of meters away from the house.

The house had everything you would need to stay. It was beautifully decorated. With modern appliances, all the amenities included. We only stayed one night, but wished we would’ve planned for a longer stay.

Fun Christmas Getaway!

We had a great Christmas getaway in Lancaster with friends! This house was spacious enough for everyone to have their own privacy and also have places where we could all gather. All amenities were great and the host was wonderful to work with and very communicative. Location close to downtown and walkable. We definitely would stay here again.

Delightful combination of old and new

This accommodation surprised us with it’s tastefully updated decor. It was a delightful blend of old brick walls and modern white marble counters. It was compact yet roomy. Being in an older section of town it was walkable to the restaurants and the charm of old downtown.

Great Little Condo!

We had a great sisters weekend in the Lancaster area. The condo with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths were perfect for us. The reno done on this old building was really well done! We also enjoyed the outdoor seating area that was all fenced in. We walked most places during the day but Uber’d at night for safety reasons. If you’re in the area, don’t miss the Sight & Sound area in Amish country. Spectacular!

Quick Overnight

We had a very short stay of only one evening on our way home from a trip. The rowhouse worked well for our family and was in a location that allowed us to walk around town a bit and get dinner since we were tired of being in the car. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. As other reviewers mentioned there was some street and neighbor noise, but it's a city so you expect that.

Friends golf getaway

Stayed here to attend US open LPGA tournament with 3 friends. Nice accommodations, walking distance to several markets, eataries, etc. We enjoyed the back firepit area alot. At times neighborhood could get noisy w car radios but subsided fairly quickly. Nice large bathrooms, comfy beds, and couch. Kitchen could use some more pans, utensils but we made do. Easy entry/checkout, good communications with host. Would rent again if in the area.

Great Home!

This home is beautiful and very homey. They offer a lot of different steaming services instead of cable which was great for us, the owners communicated with us very quickly and were always kind and friendly, and the home was very clean. The only downside was they don’t have a driveway so it’s only street parking. But we only had a problem finding parking one time and we’ve stayed at this home twice. Highly recommend this home!

Wonderful stay

This was an amazing find. It’s within walking distance of the Cigar Bar, Pressroom restaurant, Taproom, Our Town Brewery, Lancaster Dispensing Company, a cute records shop, and so much more! Street parking wasn’t difficult. The place smelled clean as soon as you walk in and it was so cute. The hosts were communicative. All around great experience. In the words of my brother, “That’s a place to consider staying at again.” :)

Most convienient for a Lancaster Convention Center event

My three friends and I secured this great Townhouse on Vine Street just 2 blocks from the downtown Lancaster convention center for a long weekend as our base for a hobby convention. We found it superior to staying in the convention hotel in every way. Clean, spacious, well appointed and with enough beds for all of us, it was a short and pleasant walk to the convention. In the evening it served as a place to unwind from the day and catch up with each other. Definitely will do that again. First rate!

Wonderful stay-beautiful home-easy access to everything

This is a beautiful older home that has been updated to the max. The location was perfect for us. We parked right in front of the house and never moved the car. We easily walked to the Belvedere Resturant, the open market, the Fulton Theater enjoying a live show, Starbucks and the Plough Cafe. There was a t.v. in all the bedrooms and downstairs with complete access to many of the popular streaming platforms. The enclosed backyard was secure and perfect for our 2 small dogs. All the appliances were upgrades including the washer and dryer. It couldn't have been a more perfect Christmas for our small reunion with friends. We woke up to a white Christmas on Christmas day. Great timing!

Family Time & Attendance to Spooky Nook National Championships

The property itself was fine. The only issue we noted was a leak from the dishwasher. The neighbors were loud at night, not something the property managers can control. The access to the backyard shoulf be lockable from the inside. The external access gave me a little concern about security. Otherwise, all the amenities were as advertised. Really enjoyed the proximity to downtown Lancaster. My kids really enjoyed the market. Very cozy property - just not the right neighbors.

Surprise bday getaway

We decided to rent this place as a surprise get away for husbands bday, house nicely restored, wood fllors charming but they do creek and in some places are missing, bed comfy, kitchen well appointed, towels soft, couch is ok, TV’s are good, easy door access. Hosts fast responders. We were initially intimidated by the neighborhood, worried about car safety was reassured by hosts it is safe. Opted to use close by parking garage which was convenient. It was really loud friday nite lots of sorrding cars, loud screaming, car alarms blaring and for someone not used to city living it was hard to fall asleep. Iwners provided sound machine but we did not use. Bathrooms are clean and well appointed we had an issue with the guest bath but hosts took care of it right away, i would still give 5 stars despite the noise and dirty neighborhood as it was convenient to everything . Loved the new close by food hall
