Property is in good condition overall, if a bit dated, and located in a very quiet residential area. The house is compact and best fit for 2-3 people, and older kids since the interior stairs are steep and there is a lot of water nearby. "

"We particularly enjoyed the beachfront location, it made our multiple trips to the water so much easier. We made use of the fire pit, the beach, and the kayaks. It was nice not to have to haul our personal kayaks across the state! We did choose to bring our own bikes, and life jackets.
