Gorgeous hotel

Absolutely happy with our stay! I booked this hotel because of their mineral collection (they also have meteorites!) and we had a great time. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night, but will definitely go back to stay longer with a dinner reservation (this time only used a bar).

High standards but mixed service execution.

For a hotel with a five-star rating, premium price point, and established reputation, the lack of maturity and refinement displayed by parts of the staff was unfortunately evident. In particular, the younger employees fell short in delivering the finesse, attentiveness, and elegant service orientation that should be hallmarks of hospitality at this level. Their approach often came across as inexperienced and occasionally disorganized, which at times made the experience feel more awkward than welcoming — as though I were a burden rather than a valued guest. There is still some training to take care off. The check-in felt somewhat uncomfortable due to the staff member lack of confidence, which also made the procedure rather slower than expected. Moreover, it was disconcerting to witness staff expressing visible irritation towards guests who were dissatisfied with their assigned tables. (Bistro). Regardless of the circumstances, such reactions should never be visible to patrons. Professionalism must be upheld at all times, even in challenging situations. That said, the senior staff were truly exceptional — poised, professional, and attentive — and deserve to be commended for their impeccable conduct. A genuine five-star experience requires service that is naturally warm, effortlessly polished, and deeply considerate — the kind that allows guests, particularly those traveling for business, to momentarily shed the intensity of daily stress and feel genuinely cared for.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons été déçus à notre arrivée car la chambre ne correspondait pas à nos attentes. Heureusement, grâce au professionnalisme de l’équipe, et en particulier de Pieter, notre séjour s’est transformé en une véritable réussite. La restauration est également de très bonne qualité. Concernant le bistrot, le service pourrait être clairement amélioré, à l’exception de Maya qui s’est démarquée par son professionnalisme.

Hôtel de luxe près de la forêt

Accueil formidable, belle chambre avec vue sur le bois. Piscine spacieuse et grand whirlpool. Beaucoup de forêt pour se promener en toute tranquillité. Point faible on annulait la réservation au 2 étoiles pour fermeture 4 semaines avant notre arrivée. Plus possible de trouver un autre 2 étoiles. En fin de compte le restaurant fonctionnait malgré tout. pas d'explication pour notre annulation.

Service verbesserungsfähig sowohl im Sternerestaurant (kein Brot zum Käse)wie Zimmerservice (2 Mal war das Zimmer oberflächlichgeputzt, keine Seife, kein Obst und Wartezeit von 10 Min mit Hund vor der Zimmertür). Ohne den Rezeptionisten ein tolles Hotel

Das Hotel sieht insbesondere Nachts wunderschön aus. Ein ganz besonderer Ort. Leider sind die einfachen Zimmer, nicht in einem, dem Hotel entsprechenden Zustand. Klodeckel defekt. Das Zimmer wirkte etwas abgelebt. Das Frühstück ist toll. Der Service war zuvorkommend. Der Rezeptionist beim Checkout war leider arrogant, überheblich und hat nicht angepasst kommuniziert. Schade.

Zeer rustig gelegen hotel, met sauna en binnenzwembad, luxueus. Schitterend restaurant maar je moet heel wat weken op voorhand reserveren. Verschillende kamertypes. Zoals vaak geen goede leeslampjes. Badjassen groter dan XXL moet je zelf meebrengen. Vriendelijke service.

The big down side on our part was the curtains, they were see through and all the light came through the sides and the top. Also the doors weren’t very well isolated and we could hear everything, including the elevator Plus side is the very friendly staff

Great place to relax

Amazing staff, great facilities, ended up staying an extra night to relax and enjoy the facilities there. Staff were courteous and always willing to help. Only downside was that the housekeepers were quite chatty in the morning so couldn’t have a lie in.
