The house must be renovated

The property was in not very good condition.After a rain a house was soaked in several places.The lack of air condition and mosquito net was very bed in 35 C degrees, it was hot inside, and lot mosquitoes.After a storm the roof was ruined so hardly,the house soaked again and trees were falling out, so we had to leave early because it was dangerous to stay there any more. The property must be renovated.The owners were friendly and helpfull,but they speak only Italian, the communication was hard.

Wij verbleven hier 8 nachten waarvan 5 met 4 volwassenen en 3 met 8 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Een ruim huis met goede bedden en schoon. Wel een slechte ontvangst van Wifi. Het zwembad is heerlijk en werd iedere dag schoongemaakt. De zitjes en ligstoelen zijn wel aan vernieuwing toe. Bij een electriciteit probleem werd dit snel opgelost door de verhuurder. Al met al een fijne woning en redelijk dichtbij allerlei voorzieningen. De toegangsweg naar de woning toe is slecht.

Prima huis, mooie tuin, alleen keuken mag wat moderner en de aanloop van tuinmannen en schoonmakers moet in overleg. Wifi moet beter en de tuinbedden zijn aan vernieuwing toe.

Hele fijne vakantiewoning

Wij verbleven hier met 7 volwassenen en 6 kinderen (waarvan 2 baby's). Het is een ontzettend ruime woning met 6 slaapkamers op de 1e verdieping en 5 badkamers, waarvan 2 op de begane grond en 3 op de 1e verdieping. De locatie is rustig gelegen. Heel fijn zwembad. Het contact met de verhuurder was goed en op het moment dat wij een 'probleem' melden werd dit snel opgelost. Er is geen airconditioning in de woning, wat in de week dat wij er waren wel zorgde voor erg warme nachten (met ook behoorlijk

Urlaub Beboli

Tolles Ferienhaus, ausreichend Aufenthaltsräume im EG, die wir auf Grund des guten Wetters nicht benötigt haben. Sehr gut gepflegter Pool mit rutschfestem Randbelag. Wir waren mit 10 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern 2 Wochen dort und würden wieder mal hinfahren. Riesen Gelände, dadurch viel Abstand zu Nachbarn. Waschmaschine, Grill, Pizzabackofen, Schwimmringe und Lumas vorhanden. WLan war etwas schwach.

Urlaub mit täglichem Besuch

Wir sind als Freunde im Alter von 20 - 26 verreist. Als wir ankamen war das Haus durch die Vormieter noch dreckig. Der Pool war trüb und dreckig. 2 Stunden später konnten wir das Haus dann endlich beziehen. Die Zimmer und Bäder waren sauber. Insgesamt befindet sich das Haus in renovierungsbedürftigem Zustand. Das Haus ist sehr groß und hat auch viele Aufenthaltsräume. Es stehen 3 Kühlschränke,1 Gefrierfach und ein Gefrierschrank zur Verfügung die allerdings etwas verteilt sind. Positiv war auch dass jeden Tag der Müll abgeholt wurde und sich jemand um den Pool gekümmert hat. Nun zum Negativen: Die Vermietern ist jeden Tag unangekündigt auf das Grundstück gekommen. Lediglich einmal war eine Uhrzeit ausgemacht, jedoch kam sie 8 Stunden später. Sie kam vorbei um etwas mitzuteilen oder mit einem Handwerker um etwas zu reparieren oder mit einer Putzfrau die auch einfach auf die Zimmer ging. Die Krönung war dann am letzten Nachmittag. Sie kam mit einem Angestellten vorbei der dann ohne mit uns zu reden anfing den Rasen zu mähen. Selbst nach der Aufforderung sie soll ihm sagen, dass er aufhören soll, da es hier Leute gibt die Ihre Ruhe haben wollen, meinte sie , dass sie dies jetzt erledigen möchte. Ihr Grund war, dass es am Folgetag regnen soll. Jedoch war dies erst am Nachmittag der Fall. Ein absolutes No-Go finde ich! Außerdem hatte sie eine Handynummer von uns. Sie hätte jederzeit im Vorfeld Kontakt mit uns aufnehmen können. Abschließend bleibt noch zu sagen, falls Sie sich doch für diese Unterkunft entscheiden, sollten Sie wissen, dass die Vermieterin und Ihre Angestellten nur Italienisch verstehen. Mit Englisch kommt man hier nicht weit. Glücklicherweise konnte eine Person von unserer Gruppe italienisch. Aus diesen Gründen kann ich die Buchung dieser Unterkunft nicht weiter empfehlen.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus in Lamporecchio ist geräumig und hat einen schönen Pool. In den Betten konnte man gut schlafen, die Bäder waren recht modern und das Haus insgesamt sauber. Die Küche war mittelmäßig ausgestattet. Ein richtig großer Kochtopf und ein Wasserkocher fehlten uns. Leider bot sich auch kein wirklich schöner Ausblick vom Grundstück an. Die Lage ist recht günstig, um dieToskana kennenzulernen.

Jede Menge Platz: geräumiges Haus in weitläufigem Garten

Wir haben uns hier 2 Wochen lang sehr wohlgefühlt! Das Haus bietet 7 Schlafzimmer und neben Wohnzimmer und Küche noch 3 weitere Gemeinschaftsräume. Am meisten Zeit haben wir aber auf der Terrasse (mit 2 Tischen konnten wir eine gemütliche Tafel für 14 Personen machen), im weitläufigen Garten und am Pool verbracht. Man kann Zeit gemeinsam verbringen, sich aber auch problemlos zurückziehen weil es so viele gemütliche Ecken gibt. Im Garten und am Pool gibt es sowohl Sonne als auch Schatten. 2 x hatten wir Probleme mit dem Leitungswasser, aber die Vermieter wohnen in unmittelbarer Nähe und waren schnell zur Stelle um sich um die Reparatur zu kümmern. Sehr unkompliziert konnten wir für einen Teil unseres Aufenthalts das durch einen eigenen Eingang erreichbare Zusatzappartment (mit Platz für 4 Personen) dazumieten. Nachdem übers Wochenende Freunde zu Besuch kamen war das extrem praktisch! Vorteile: - sehr großes Haus - riesiger Garten - auch geeignet für Kleinkinder: Vor dem Haus gibt es eine große Wiese. Bälle und Rutschautos gab es bei unserem Besuch vor Ort. Der Pool ist hinter dem Haus und damit weit von der Terrasse und Spielwiese entfernt. - es gibt einen gemauerten Pizzaofen! Wir haben ihn 2 x angeheizt und köstliche Pizza gebacken. - Küche ist für viele Bewohner ausgestattet (große Töpfe etc.). Nur Weingläser und Platz im Kühlschrank waren knapp bemessen. - der Ort Lamporecchio mit mehreren Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar - jeden Mittwoch werden die allgemeinen Flächen geputzt - Gärtner kommt jeden Tag und reinigt den Pool - Zusatzappartment mit 4 Betten kann flexibel dazugemietet werden (das Haupthaus hat 14 Betten) Nachteile: - die Vermieter sprechen nur Italienisch - Türen sind teilweise recht laut - zwischendurch gab es kein Leitungswasser - Endreinigungspauschale ist mit € 25/Person sehr hoch. Auch ihre Berechnung war unklar, wir haben am Ende für mehr Personen gezahlt als am Höchststand gleichzeitig anwesend waren. - kein W-LAN und zeitweise schlechter Telefonempfang

Prachtvolles Anwesen

Ein wunderschönes Haus inmitten von Olivenbäumen. Alles sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wollten die ganze Woche gar nichts anderes machen als das Haus und den Pool genießen. Auch der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Ein toller Urlaub.

Oud huis, niet onderhouden. Inboedel klopt helemaal niet volgens het aantal toegelaten gasten. Kasten vol met houtworm. Wel ideale uitvalsbasis voor uitstappen.
