Private: property 500 m2 (fenced) with trees, meadow, swimming pool (above ground) kidney shaped (8 x 5 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 10.May. - 25.Sep.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Empoli" 15 km, sandy beach "Viareggio" 65 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km.
    4-room house 130 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy furnishings: living room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 open room with 1 bed (80 cm), shower/WC. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table.
