About this property

Detached chalet, very well located in a very quiet set of 29 chalets.

  • Chalet, very well equipped with large volume in the living room, clear and bright, thanks to the mezzanine which only partially covers the main level. A seating area with fireplace. East, south and west to enjoy the balcony. Ideal for families or groups of friends who want to discover the Jura Mountains in winter and summer: skiing, hiking, biking, fishing. Near Switzerland and Lake Geneva.
    New: WIFI connection.
    Warning: blankets and duvets are provided, but not sheets and linens!
    Supplement heating according to the season. Deposit (a quarter of the rental price on booking). Deposit 600 euros- requested one month before the date of stay and refunded at the end of stay if there is no damage If the cleaning is not done, it will be retained 100.00 euros.
    Decreasing rental rate depending on the duration.
    Tourist tax: 0.99 euro per night, per adult over 18 years old.
    Stays of 7 days minimum in winter.
