"I booked a room online and paid with a card at that time. There were instructions as well as an email sent to me which include check in times/office hours until 10 pm. We got there about 20 minutes before 10 pm to find the office locked. On the door, a piece of paper where the office hours had been altered by scribbling out "10pm" with a sharpie and replacing it with "9pm.""

"Terrible hotel. First, you have to check in from outside, allegedly due to Covid. The clerk informed me that they only had smoking rooms available. Not wanting to find another hotel, I accepted the room. The room smelled like an ashtray and had stains on the walls. There was no remote for the TV and pool was also closed. I generally think of Days Inn as a step above the likes of Motel 6, but this place is worse. The hotel needs a serious remodel starting with a bulldozer. Avoid this...
