"The hotel looked new. Our room was very nice - clean and well stocked with towels, etc. The breakfast room was close to our room and had enough seating for all of the guests. The food was delicious and plentiful. We were told that the sheets and towels would be changed every other day and that was fine with us since we were only staying two nights. The price seemed high until I checked prices at other hotels and inns in the area and found that it was actually reasonable if you want to visit Acadia."

"Great house on a beautiful setting. It is well stocked, clean and communication with the host Peter was excellent. Sitting on the deck is very relaxing. We saw so many deer, a red fox, pileated woodpecker, hummingbirds, osprey, and other wildlife while at the property. It is quiet and very serene. Highly recommended."

"The cabin was so comfortable. We loved using the fire pit on a clear star filled night and making s’mores. The views from the living room were amazing and walking down by the water to explore and then see the sunset was a highlight. The cabin is away from the crowds and nestled in nature but is just minutes from the park and Bar Harbor, It was truly the best of both worlds and we highly recommend it."

"What an incredible property. The only spoiler is that once you're there, it's hard to leave for all the other activities in the area. We did it all, but our favorite thing was sitting by the firepit and watching the sea birds and lobster boats. The house is immaculate and so well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed this short stay. We'll book for longer next time."
