I like the friendly service offered by the hotel staff. The only disappointment was that when I tried to find a nice dinner in the hotel restaurant, I noted that it is only open for breakfast & lunch. I can understand the reason for that but this negative does not let me put my tick on "excellent" on overall rating."

Check-in and check-out was quick and simple. They were also able to help call a taxi for our early flight. Would consider staying here again next time we visit Hong Kong!"
