La consiglio, struttura ben servita e confortevole. Ho gradito molto il check in automatico, servizio sicuro e pratico. Questo è un particolare che a mio parere ti permette di avere una certa autonomia, non crea disagi e rende la circostanza "familiare"....

Camera riammodernata da poco, pulitissima con mini frigo in camera, TV, e aria condizionata. Titolari dell' hotel molto cortesi e attenti che il nostro soggiorno avvenisse senza problemi. Se proprio vogliamo andare a cercare una pecca è per il materasso datato che si sentivano le molle, però sia io che il mio compagno abbiamo dormito tutta la notte senza problemi

Terrible staff

The conditions of the flat are good but unfortunally the reception is terrible. Due the staff only speak Italian and we not, we understood that the checkout gonna be at 1pm and on the next morning we left to know the city and go to the supermarket to buy food to make a lunch at the accomodation and plan to leave at 12:40 pm. So, when we went back at 12pm the cleaner knocked on the door in a very rude way asking us to leave the accomodation at the same time (we were with 2 elderly people) and I tried to explain in half Italian that we understood wrong but she turn back and leaves me speaking alone. 5 minutes later the receptionist comes in the same way and ask me to pick up my things and leave. So, I calmily started to explain another time my mistake and asking to stay 40 minutes more explaining that I´m apologizing and saying that I was be able to pay for the passed time. She answer me that was not possible beacuse they had another guests to arrive and won´t be able to leave me remain a few minutes more. In this time I don´t know why she started to say that if I sat there she will call the police. After that I asked to pay one stay more and she asked me 72 euros (and how about the new guests?) .I refuse to pay 72 euros more for 40 minutes so we have to leave the place as fugitives. I understand my mistake but this people work with hospitality and called themselves a company. It is very serious. I felt ourselves totally mistreated.I hope the hotels.com take an action too!

Nice clean and huge place

Nice huge place, new and clean. Owner arrived 4 minutes after I called her because the entrance is like regular appt. but then I found emails she wrote after reservation and I didn’t checked it. Overall big comfy place, clean and there was no issue.

Nice, big room, and friendly staff.

The B&B is nice, even though not particularly 'homely'. It's on the 6th floor of a kind of apartment building, located about 10min walk from Nicastro station. A taxi from the airport is about €30. Don't confuse it with Sogni D'oro Airport (which we were but that's a separate issue). The communication via whatsapp was good and the room itself is nice enough, with a big bathroom that had a balcony. AC in the room is also useful in the heat of the summer.

Far away

The B&B is very clean and staff was friendly, but as long as you don't speak Italian, the check-in process and other communication is quite hard. It's not very modern, but the (very comfortable) bed and mattress seemed to be new. The air conditioner was very loud. The included breakfast was disappointing as it just consisted of one croissant and a beverage of your choice in the coffee shop across the street, but I suppose it's typical Italian. We would have felt kind of lost without our car, cause it's far away from any nice beach. To sum up it is okay for a short stay, as long as you don't expect a modern B&B in a beautiful neighbourhood.

They really shouldn't be renting some of these rooms out. Our first room had a sewerage problem and then when we moved to another room they were doing works to the facade of the building which started at 7.30am.

Perfetto in zona centrale e confortevole.

A pochi minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria e dal corso. Pulito, silenzioso e comodo. Tv, riscaldamento, condizionamento, frigobar, autonomia e tutto quello che occorre. Prezzi convenienti. Chi arriva con l'auto ha ampie possibilità di parcheggio. Ottimo per single, famiglie, ecc.

Segni d'Oro

Abbiamo avuto una camera al primo piano ovvero fino alle 3 di notte il rumore del traffico non ci ha fatto chiudere occhio. Poi quando è calato il silenzio abbiamo sentito qualcosa camminare sul pavimento fatto di pannelli di legno (rumorosi al calpestio). Per fare quel rumore doveva essere un "animale" con le unghie e quindi abbiamo giocato con il tablet tutta la notte sfruttando cosí il WI-FI. Per la cronaca la camera puzzava ed i cuscini erano sicuramente della KRAFT cioè delle sottilette e alle 6 di mattina il traffico ha ripreso alla grande.La colazione in pratica è un buono per una bevanda calda ed un cornetto al bar di fronte. La camera non è Gratis, non c'è reception e se hai un problema te lo tieni. Meglio spendere pochi Euro in più ed andare in un Hotel classico.

Great little B&B place when in Nicastro/Lamezia

Tail-end of 5-6 days in wonderful Calabria- early flight the next day from Lamezia so I wanted to be nearby & I hadn't been in Nicastro for years when I saw friends there. Be aware that it's not a touristy place; it's a normal small city & not too lovely. This excellent and inexpensive B&B offered me a newly decorated very clean room with comfy bed, good shower room/toilet situated in a road near the centre and walkable to the Lamezia-Nicastro train station(from hotel: turn left onto Via Michelangelp, ritght on via Leonardo da Vinci, follow to station;buy train ticket in bar there). Silent room (normal noises from folk outside their homes round the back where my room looked out onto) once windows closed with just the hum of the mini fridge-bar - which had a good selection of reasonably-priced beverages; pay via an honesty box:) Rooms are set in what must have been a pretty nice & large apartment. Full use of a kitchen is offered too, including for cooking. There's a lounge with a big flat TV but room had good TV too. Friendly staff:) Breakfast is by voucher at the Bar Fulvo opposite. I'd had Cafe Americano there earlier that day: 1 euro, typical price in the area. Easy walk to main streets of town. If going to/from Lamezia airport: cheapest way is airport bus #5 (euro 1.50) to Lamezia Terme Centrale train station then train to Nicastro (euro 1.20) then walk to the hotel. Free WiFi worked very well in my room. A modern, unpretentious decor.

Sehr einfach, sehr italienisch, in Deutschland so nicht zu finden. Das frühstück bekommt man auf Gutschein in der Bar gegenüber. Ich mag das! Preis Leistung (45 € für Doppelzimmer) in Ordnung.
