"They were great hosts. We booked the whole place for ourselves during a weekend! All the amenities needed, very clean and comfortable! Getting there by car can be a problem as a certain road is very tight! But it’s doable! Highly recommend!"

"The views over Lamego are fantastic. It is only a short walk into the old town (albeit uphill on the way back). Having parking on site is ideal as Lamego can be very busy and difficult to park in the centre. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very nice, great bed."

The owner has thought of everything - the photos don't really do it justice, it is very well furnished with quality items. Great log burner for colder nights & log brought to the front door for us. "Our stay at Quinta de La Rosa was absolutely perfect. First of all, the property is beautiful. The rooms are large and have everything you need, including complimentary craft beers. The restaurant was one of the best we had in Portugal with the best red wine I’ve had. Their complimentary breakfast was also amazing. We had to leave early before breakfast on our last day and they offered to give us take home breakfast which I’ve never experienced at any other hotel. 13/10 would definitely recommend!"
