"Communication with the property manager was awesome! The home had a really cool, vintage vibe. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, plenty of space for all of us. It was a great stay! "

"The check in process was seamless and the house was clean. However, when we arrived, the air conditioning was not working. I messaged the owner and received a quick response, but was skeptical of the response. I didn't read all the reviews before booking, but later read the A/C wasn't working for another recent booking. The owner had 6 fans around the house and there were several fan boxes in the garbage behind the house, clearly knowing the A/C was not working. I would have preferred communication in advance if the A/C was not working on a mid to upper 80 degree day. The booking was already non-refundable at that point, so there would not have been any lost income. It was 79 degrees in the house at 9pm and it was a very uncomfortable night sleeping. Cooler weather is ahead of us, but if A/C is necessary, please confirm prior to booking."
