"The best hotel in Volos. Friendly staff helpful. The hotel is well maintained modern easily accessible. The room was big modern and clean. Plenty of amenities. This will always be the hotel we stay at in Volos. Would recommend to anyone. It’s a great location right on the boardwalk and walking distance to all the shops."

The only real negatives (a) on the beach directly in front of the hotel there's a sort of sink hole/collapsed bit that really needs clearing up and filling in, makes such a bad impression if you're arriving at the hotel on foot via the beach (b) very limited menu at the hotel restaurant (we got given a discount coupon but it just didn't seem worth using.) Beyond this it's a fantastic hotel at this price point."

"The staff were so friendly. They organised several taxis for us all booked through the hotel. The pool was quiet and clean. The views were amazing. We cannot fault it. We had a Mountain View suite with a hot tub and it was just so peaceful and perfect. The beach is close by, but a steep walk up and down. We can’t wait to come back."

"Although the property is a little dated it's very clean and the staff is amazingly accommodating. The views from the pool and breakfast area are quite lovely. Please note that the hotel has stairs and not one level. There is not an elevator available. Inspect your room and make sure the shower and the AC work. The staff will make it right you just have to ask them. Nice place."
