"We have had an incredible stay at the Aqua Blu and are so pleased with our choice. The hotel was pristine throughout, modern and beautifully maintained. Our room was a generous size, very quiet at night and had a lovely sea view. Paris and the housekeeping team worked incredibly hard to keep everything spotless, and the evening turn-down service, chocolates, notes and fresh bottles of water were lovely touches. The staff were genuinely one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, polite and attentive, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The reception team were always welcoming and helpful, and our suitcases were already in our room when we arrived. Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of variety and the option to order from the menu. The fresh fruit was particularly delicious. Alex and the young girl who served us each morning were so friendly and even remembered our coffee orders, which made us feel incredibly welcome. Having breakfast beside the sea each morning was beautiful, and we loved having a sea view from our room. We always managed to find sunbeds, regardless of the time of day, which is priceless! The beach bar across the road was another highlight, providing a lovely atmosphere and attentive service even when Kos Town was busy. The bus timetable at reception was also really useful, and we often took the bus into Kos Town and walked back. Overall, we couldn’t fault our stay and would absolutely return."

"I really loved the balcony and view from my room. I also really liked the rooftop pool. I want to give a special shout-out to the staff. I was having trouble getting a taxi to the airport, and the staff, at 3:30 in the morning, jumped right into action to ensure I had an airport transfer after the transfer I booked wasn’t showing up. I appreciate this dedication to customer service at such an early hour in the morning. I anticipate traveling to Kos again in the future, and I look forward to staying at Kosta’s palace again!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Atlantica Hotel in Kos. The resort was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The breakfast offered a great variety, the rooms were comfortable, The only downside was transportation around the island. There appears to be only one taxi company serving the area, and unless you arrange a VIP transfer through the hotel lobby in advance, you may have to wait an hour or more for a taxi. This wasn't the hotel's fault, but it's something future guests should plan for if they intend to explore the island. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again."

"the most frinedly and helpful staff, all the way from main desk through cleaners, chef, service during meals, the staff approach and friendliness was the best part. also rooms offered enough space and were clean, pool, good location; the closest walking distance beach is not too nice, but with the pool and other options closer to the city it was not an issue for us; occassionally there were some minor issues, like missing beach towels, but eventually all was resolved to our satisfaction; as for the food I think the budget there is not too high and breakfasts were mediocre at best, sometimes eg. vegetables which were not fresh, but lunches and dinners offered really good variation and were tasty, we all enjoyed it. they also tried to help with allergies as best as they could"
