"We last visited the Renaissance in 2020 and this visit surpassed all our expectations. To be met on arrival by familiar faces (Chin, thank you for making our visit so special) and as everyone mentions, all of the staff are so amazing, helpful and brilliant. "Great location, beach just across the road. There was no cable stations apart from news. Suggest you bring iPad or computer. Otherwise the staff were fantastic, location & pool is lovely. Close to everything, very relaxing stay."

"From the welcome, to the massages, to the pool, to the departure, everything was great. This property is a short drive away from Lamai which has a number of bars and restaurants but less crazy than Chaweng. Being out of the way a little bit meant that it felt more relaxed and the upkeep of the property was up there with the best. Breakfast to the room each morning and a daily massage to make you feel totally relaxed. I highly recommend "
