"The location and convenience of Novotel is excellent. The lobby, restaurants, shops are very inviting. Reception for check in was welcoming and professional. The entire staff is very attentive and always greeted us with a smile. The room and bed were very comfortable. We had a quiet and good nights sleep. Amenities were plentiful. It was nicely decorated and very roomy, but furniture is beginning to look worn. I was disappointed to find hair and other bits of stuff on the rug making it appear like the room had not been vacuum. All in all, we appreciated the convenience of location inside the airport for our early morning flight and comfort of the hotel. "

"Stayed here for a short stay, 12 hours. I got in at midnight and was able to check in in under 5 minutes. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The free shuttle from the airport was efficient and helpful. I was able to order room service at midnight which is so incredibly helpful after a 24 journey. Highly recommend. The showers aren’t the cleanest but that’s my only fault. "
