Klein aber fein

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, es hat an nichts gemangelt. Außerdem hat man vor Ort sehr nette Betreuung.

Einfach zum Entspannen

Das ich nun schon zum vierten Mal im Himmelreich war, spricht für sich. Klein aber fein, mehr brauche ich persönlich nicht. Einfach der Ausblick ist ne Wucht und ich kann mich hier absolut entspannen.Es ist alles da was man braucht und der Gästebetreuer Stefan, ist wie immer hilfsbereit, lustig, freundlich und hat zahlreiche Tips den schönen Bayrischen Wald zu erkunden. Für mich ist klar, ich komme wieder!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Mein Mann und ich haben den Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung genossen. Wir hatten super Wetter, so dass wir viel unternehmen konnten. Zwei Kleinigkeiten haben wir, die wir nicht so schön fanden, mit denen man aber leben kann: 1. Es gibt nur eine Badewanne ohne Duschwand. 2. Da man nur die Balkontür öffnen kann, gibt es keinen Durchzug. Aber es hat uns nicht den Urlaub verdorben. Wir hatten nachts die Balkontür auf. Dann war die Wohnung morgens schön kühl und voller frischer Luft. Und geduscht haben wir meistens, nachdem wir für eine Stunde im Osserbad waren. Da konnte man nämlich mit der Osserbad plus Gästekarte umsonst rein. Auch die Verwaltung von Stefan war super. Man muss sich nur drauf einlassen. Er ist seit über 10 Jahren die Seele des Hauses und weiß sooo viel über Lam und die Umgebung. Ohne ihn hätten wir nicht so einen schönen Urlaub erlebt. Er kennt versteckte Parkplätze oder auch Geheimtipps zum Essen. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch.

Idylle pur

Das kleine Appartement bietet alles, was man für eine Woche Urlaub benötigt. Es ist alles sehr sauber, die Matratzen sind neu und sehr bequem. Sämtliche Fotos entsprechen der Realität, vor allem der Ausblick, der auch bei tief hängenden Wolken ein Traum ist!!! Einziges Makel die Duschsituation: Duschwanne (ohne Vorhang!) unter der Dachschräge, duschen nur im Sitzen oder Hocke möglich oder aber in gebückter Haltung. Schlecht für Gehandicapte (z.B. Rücken/Hüfte/Knie). Ich hatte nach dem ersten Duschen leider einen "Hexenschuss"... Nichtsdestotrotz ist Erholung im Himmelreich einfach vorprogrammiert - wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!!! Vielen Dank auch dem sehr netten Gastbetreuer "Stefan", der u.a. reichlich Ausflug-/Gastronomietips parat hat.

Tolle Aussicht und prima Betreuung

Die FeWo ist klein aber gemütlich und komplett und sehr funktional ausgestattet. Klasse Aussicht! Ein Betreuer im Haus schafft Übersicht und hilft bei kleinen Fragen, super. Alles, wie es sein sollte.

Erholung pur!

Schon beim Buchen der Wohnung hat mich das Panorama beeindruckt welches auf den Fotos zu sehen ist und in "echt" ist es einfach traumhaft. Da kann man nur auf dem Balkon sitzen und staunen! Die Wohnung selber ist zwar klein, aber fein und für 2 Personen ausreichend. Ein wenig muss man sich mit der Enge der Kochnische arrangieren, aber dieser Ausblick, die tollen Wandermöglichkeiten,die Gegend Lamer Winkel, die Luft - all das ist einfach so viel mehr wert als die Größe der Kochnische. Der Gästebetreuer war absolut freundlich, symphatisch und immer bereit Fragen zu beantworten! Das hat mir als alleinreisende enorm geholfen und ist mir in dieser Form noch nie begegnet! Ich kann diese Wohnung mit ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen und möchte gerne wieder kommen. Danke für die schöne Zeit die ich im Himmelreich erleben durfte!

im Himmelreich ist man nicht gleich

Lage Top , Appartment nicht gut geschnitten , möglichkeit selbst etwas zu kochen schlecht , Raumaufteilung bzw. Stzgelegenheit zum Frühstücken / Essen sehr sehr begrenzt.

Angebot wie beschrieben und auch im Großen und Ganzen weiter zu empfehlen.

Zimmer wie beschrieben. Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon. Leider nicht 100%ig sauber (Glasplatte Tisch, WC). Etwas Pech mit einer Baustelle neben dem Objekt. Ansprechpartner vor Ort sehr nett. Ansonsten tolle Lage, im Preis war ebenfalls der Eintritt für das Frei-und Hallenbad mit inklusive. Netter kleiner Ort. Sehr zentral, viele Ausflugsziele in der Nähe.

Perfektes Urlaubsziel für Erholung zu zweit

Wir sind angekommen, die Adresse erstmal gesucht, aber dann doch gefunden! Wir wurden so unglaublich herzlich empfangen. Bei Ausflugsfragen konnten wir stets Stefan erreichen, der uns wirklich wirklich vieles in und um LAM empfehlen konnte! Was von uns noch eine Empfehlung der Gaststätte betrifft: Drexler in Arrach! Putensteak vom Grill- ein Traum! Ansonsten es gibt irrsinnig viele Wanderwege und viel Wald zum erholen und Seele baumeln lassen. Bin mir sicher, dass wir irgendwann auch wieder dort Urlaub machen werden.

Traumhafter Urlaub in sehr schöner Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Obwohl klein, es war alles da was man benötigte! Super sauber!!!!! Traumhafter Blick auf Lam und den großen Arber. Klasse Wanderwege direkt vor der Tür.

Sehr schönes Apartment im bayrischen Wald

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Aussicht war hervorragend. Trotz einer nahen Baustelle haben wir die Aussicht auf dem Balkon gerne genossen. Ein Wanderwege auf den kleinen und großen Osser beginnt direkt am Apartment. Wir konnten kontaktlos in dem Apartment ein-checken sowie aus-checken. Sehr zu empfehlen.

schönes kleines Apartment mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Das gemütliche Apartment bietet auf kleinem Raum alles was man braucht. Dazu eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf Lam und die umliegenden Berge. Ein besonderer Genuss: Der freie Eintritt ins Schwimmbad und Sauna (Osserbad) ist inklusive. Komme gern wieder!

Für Wanderer ein ausgezeichnetes Quartier.

Nach einer anstrengenden Wanderung sorgt ein grosses Bad für körperliche Frische und ein ebensolcher Balkon (siehe Foto) verspricht und, hält es auch, für Entspannung sowie Erholung. Ausserdem für schlechte Tage ein solides Hallenbad am Ort für den notwendigen Ausgleich. Eintritt bei Bezahlung der Kurtaxe frei.

hübsche, kleine Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf Lam und Umgebung

Gerne wieder. Es war alles Wichtige vorhanden. Den Tag konnte man auf dem Balkon bei Sonnenschein mit guter Fernsicht beginnen. Am Abend dann mit Blick auf die Landschaft, den Arber oder den nett angeleuchteten Ort (Kirche/Rathaus) ausklingen lassen. Die Umgebung ermöglichte viele Aktivitäten. Lam ist als Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen geeignet.
